Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce i liniach poszczególnych scianek opakowania oraz w ksztalcie, barwach i wzajemnym usytuowaniu rysunkowych elementów ozdobnych znajdujacych sie na powierzchniach scianek opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym figury l a do 3a przedstawiaja scianke przednia, górna i dolna opakowania, a fig. Ib do 3b przedstawiaja jeg o scianke tylna oraz scianki boczne. Scianki przednia, tylna, i górna maja jednakowe powierzchnie, przy czym podstawowy kolor tla tych scianek w niektórych miejscach posiada nieregularne cienie wykonane w kolorze lekko jasniejszym. Scianki boczne sa identyczne i maja kolor tla ciemniejszy w stosunku do scianek przedniej, górnej i tylnej. Na powierzchniachwszystkich scianek opakowania, rozmieszczone sa charakterystyczne rysunkowe elementy ozdobne, a takze róznego rodzaju napisy informacyjne, których tresc nie stanowi istoty wzoru zdobniczego. Na powierzchniach wszystkich scianek opakowania, znajduje sie element ozdobny w postaci wielobarwnej kompozycji roslinnej zlozonej z kwiatów, owoców oraz lisci, wokól której rozposciera sie jasn a poswiata. Kompozycje roslinne na sciance przedniej, górnej i tylnej sa identyczne i znajduja sie w centralnych miejscach. W prawym dolnym rogu tychze scianek w poblizu kompozycji roslinnej znajduje sie biala filizanka z podstawkiem, z nalana herbata, przy czym na powierzchni filizanki znajduje sie czarny napis „Malwa" pisany charakterystycznym pismem recznym. W dolnym prawym rogu scianek bocznych umieszczona jest kompozycja roslinna zawierajaca mniejsza ilosc owoców i lisci w stosunku do kompozycji na pozostalych sciankach. Na wszystkich sciankach opakowania wzdluz ich krawedzi biegna dwie prostokatne zólte obwódki przy czym obwódka zewnetrzna jest grubsza od wewnetrznej. Na kazdej sciance opakowania umieszczone sa napisy informacyjne, wykonane w kolorach kontrastowych w stosunku do tla przy czym najwyzej usytuowany jest pisany wzdluz linii lukowej podstawowy napis informacyjny oznaczajacy rodzaj i smak herbaty, pisany typowym pismem drukowanym, wykonany w kolorze bialym, zaopatrzony w czarne pólcienie. Scianki przednia, tylna, górna i dolna zaopatrzone sa na krótszych krawedziach w stylizowany zólty ornament. W lewym dolnym rogu scianek przedniej, górnej i tylnej znajduje sie napis „Herbata" pisany stylizowanym pismem recznym w kolorze zóltym, a w prawym górnym rogu tych scianek umieszczony jest napis informacyjny pisany zwyklym pismem drukowanym w kolorze zóltym. Na wszystkich sciankach opakowania usytuowany jest stanowiacy logo zglaszajacego element w ksztalcie bialej elipsy, otoczonej czarna linia zarysu, wewnatrz której usytuowany jest stylizowany napis „Malwa" stanowiacy nazwe zglaszajacego. Nad i pod napisem usytuowane sa czerwone linie o nieregularnym dukcie. Linia nad napisem przedzielona jest rysunkiem stylizowanego czajniczka do herbaty wykonanego w kolorze czarnym i otoczonego czarna linia w ksztalcie elipsy. Logo znajduje sie w lewej górnej czesci scianki przedniej i górnej, tylne i dolnej oraz w centralnej górnej czesci scianek bocznych . Na sciance dolnej oprócz napisów informacyjnych pisanych malymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze kontrastowym w stosunku do tla usytuowany jestwykonany w kolorze czarnym znaczek graficzny przedstawiajacy umieszczony wewnatrz podwójnego okregu plaski kielich z wezykiem zakonczonym u góry kólkiem, przy czym wewnatrz mniejszego okregu wzdluz jego linii umiejscowiony jest napis stanowiacy pelna nazwe zglaszajacego. Pomocnicze napisy informacyjne znajdujace sie na sciankach bocznych pisane sa takze malymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze kontrastowym w stosunku do tla. Poszczególne odmiany opakowania wedlug wzoru zdobniczego róznia sie miedzy soba kolorami tla scianek, ksztaltem, liniami i barwami kompozycji roslinnej oraz trescia napisów informacyjnych znajdujacych sie na wszystkich sciankach opakowania, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. la-b do 3a-b . W pierwszej odmianie opakowania do herbaty wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. la i lb , tlo wszystkich scianek ma kolor ciemnogranatowy z charakterystycznymi jasniejszymi nieregularnymi cieniami, a kompozycja roslinna umieszczona na sciankach przedniej, tylnej i górnej sklada sie z wykonanych w kolorze naturalnym trzech cytryn , z których jedna jest przekrojona, ulozonych wokól lisci oraz pojedynczego stylizowanego kwiata, a kompozycja roslinna znajdujaca sie na sciankach bocznych sklada sie z wykonanych w tych samych jak na pozostalych sciankach kolorach pojedynczej cytryny, cytryny przekrojonej , kwiata i lisci. PL PL PL PL PL PLTEA PACKAGING The right of registration for the ornamental design is valid from December 31, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a tea packaging in the form of a rectangular box. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the colors and lines of the individual walls of the packaging, as well as in the shape, colors, and relative arrangement of the decorative elements on the surfaces of the packaging walls. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which figures 1 a to 3a represent the front, top, and bottom walls of the packaging, and figures 1 b to 3 b represent its rear and side walls. The front, rear, and top walls have identical surfaces, with the basic background color of these walls in some places having irregular shadows in a slightly lighter color. The side walls are identical and have a darker background color than the front, top, and back walls. All sides of the packaging feature distinctive decorative drawings, as well as various informative inscriptions, the content of which is not part of the design. All sides of the packaging feature a decorative element in the form of a multicolored botanical composition of flowers, fruit, and leaves, surrounded by a bright glow. The botanical compositions on the front, top, and back walls are identical and located centrally. In the lower right corner of these walls, near the botanical composition, sits a white cup with a saucer, containing poured tea. The black inscription "Malwa" (Mallow) written in distinctive handwriting appears on the cup's surface. In the lower right corner of the side walls, a plant composition is placed, containing a smaller number of fruits and leaves compared to the other walls. Two rectangular yellow borders run along the edges of all sides of the packaging, with the outer border being thicker than the inner one. Each side of the packaging features informational text in contrasting colors, with the topmost text, along an arc, indicating the type and flavor of tea, written in typical block script, in white with black halftones. The front, back, top, and bottom walls feature a stylized yellow ornament on their shorter edges. In the lower left corner of the front, top, and back walls, there is the inscription "Herbata" (Tea) written in stylized yellow handwriting, and in the upper right corner of these walls, there is an informational inscription written in regular yellow block letters. On all walls of the packaging, there is the applicant's logo in the shape of a white ellipse, surrounded by a black outline line, inside which is the stylized inscription "Malwa" (Malwa), the applicant's name. Above and below the inscription, there are red lines with an irregular outline. The line above the inscription is divided by a drawing of a stylized teapot in black and surrounded by a black line in the shape of an ellipse. The logo is located in the upper left part of the front and top walls, the back and bottom walls, and in the central upper part of the side walls. On the bottom wall, in addition to informational text in small block letters in a contrasting color to the background, there is a black graphic symbol depicting a flat cup with a snake, ending in a circle at the top, placed within a double circle. Within the smaller circle, along its line, is an inscription representing the applicant's full name. Additional informational text on the side walls is also written in small block letters in a contrasting color to the background. The essence of the decorative design is not the content of all the inscriptions, logos, and graphic symbols, but rather their arrangement and color scheme, as shown in Figures 1 a-b to 3 a-b. Individual variations of the packaging according to the decorative pattern differ in the background colors of the walls, the shape, lines and colors of the botanical composition, and the content of the information inscriptions on all walls of the packaging, as shown in figures la-b to 3a-b. In the first variation of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in figures la and lb, the background of all walls is dark blue with characteristic lighter, irregular shadows, and the botanical composition on the front, back, and top walls consists of three lemons in natural color, one of which is cut, arranged around leaves, and a single stylized flower. The botanical composition on the side walls consists of a single lemon, a cut lemon, a flower, and leaves, all in the same colors as the other walls. In the second variant of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 2a and 2b, the background of all the walls is blue with characteristic lighter irregular shadows, and the plant composition placed on the front, back and top walls consists of three oranges made in natural color, one of which is cut, arranged around leaves and stems, and the plant composition located on the side walls consists of a single orange, a cut orange, stems and leaves made in the same colors as on the other walls. In the third variant of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 3a and 3b, the background of all the walls is green with characteristic lighter irregular shadows, and the plant composition placed on the front, back and top walls consists of green leaves, two white flowers and a graphic element in the form of a brown irregular ellipse, and the plant composition located on the side walls has an identical form.
