OPAKOWANIE DO HERBATY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 9 lutego 2000 roku Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie do herbaty majace postac pionowego prostopadlosciennego pudelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce i liniach poszczególnych scianek opakowania oraz w ksztalcie, barwach i wzajemnym usytuowaniu rysunkowych elementów ozdobnych znajdujacych sie na powierzchniach scianek opakowania . Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym figury la do 3a przedstawiaja scianke przednia oraz scianki boczne opakowania, a fig. 1b do 3b przedstawiaja scianke tylna oraz scianki górna i dolna. Opakowanie ma postac pionowo stojacego prostopadlosciennego pudelka wykonanego z kartonu. Powierzchnie scianki przedniej, tylnej, prawej bocznej, górnej i dolnej maja jednakowy zielony kolor , przechodzacy od ciemnozielonego u góry do jasniejszego u dolu kazdej scianki. Scianka lewa boczna ma powierzchnie wykonana w kolorze kremowym, kontrastowym w stosunku do pozostalych scianek. Na powierzchniach wszystkich scianek opakowania, rozmieszczone sacharakterystyczne rysunkowe elementy ozdobne, a takze róznego rodzaju napisy informacyjne, których tresc nie stanowi istoty wzoru zdobniczego przy czym elementy rysunkowe i napisy na sciankach przedniej i lewej bocznej wykonane sa w linii prostopadlej do linii rysunków i napisów na pozostalych sciankach. Wszystkie scianki opakowania otoczone sa czarna obwódka oraz dodatkowo czarna linia konturowa tworzaca w kazdym narozniku prostokatny wystep , wewnatrz którego umieszczony jest czarny podwójny listek . Na powierzchniach wszystkich scianek opakowania , z wyjatkiem scianki lewej bocznej, w ich prawej dolnej czesci , znajduje sie element ozdobny w postaci wielobarwnej kompozycji roslinnej zlozonej z kwiatów oraz lisci. Na sciance przedniej obok kompozycji roslinnej usytuowana jest biala filizanka z podstawkiem , z nalana zielona herbata , przy czym na powierzchni filizanki znajduje sie czarny napis „Malwa" pisany charakterystycznym pismem recznym. Identyczna filizanka znajduje sie w prawych dolnych czesciach scianek prawej bocznej i tylnej. Na sciance przedniej nad kompozycja roslinna i filizanka usytuowany jest pisany wzdluz linii prostej glówny napis informacyjny oznaczajacy rodzaj i smak herbaty. Czesc napisu - slowo „herbata" pisana jest ozdobnymi kremowymi recznymi literami , slowo „Zielona" pisane jest bialymi drukowanymi duzymi literami natomiast slowa okreslajace smak pisane sa bialymi drukowanymi malymi literami alfabetu. Wszystkie litery napisu glównego maja czarne zarysy. Napis w tej postaci usytuowany jest na wszystkich sciankach opakowania z wyjatkiem scianki bocznej lewej , na której ma on kolor czarny. Na sciance tylnej i prawej bocznej napis znajduje sie miedzy kompozycja roslinna a filizanka natomiast na sciance górnej i dolnej napis usytuowany jest nad kompozycja roslinna. Ulozenie elementów rysunkowych i napisów informacyjnych na sciance tylnej jest identyczne jak ulozenie tych elementów na sciance bocznej prawej. Takze scianka dolna i górna sa identyczne. Na wszystkich sciankach opakowania z wyjatkiem scianki lewej bocznej nad glównym napisem informacyjnym w osi pionowej kazdej scianki usytuowany jest stanowiacy logo zglaszajacego element rysunkowy w ksztalcie bialej elipsy, otoczonej czarna linia zarysu , wewnatrz której usytuowany jest stylizowany napis „Malwa" stanowiacy nazwe zglaszajacego. Nad i pod napisem usytuowane sa czerwone linie o nieregularnym dukcie. Linia nad napisem przedzielona jest rysunkiem stylizowanego czajniczka do herbaty wykonanego w kolorze czarnym iotoczonego czarna linia w ksztalcie elipsy. Ten eliptyczny element rysunkowy stanowiacy logo zglaszajacego znajduje sie takze w srodku dolnego okienka scianki bocznej prawej opakowania . Na sciance bocznej lewej znajduja sie dodatkowe napisy informacyjne wykonane w kolorze czarnym , a ponadto w prawej dolnej czesci tej scianki usytuowany jest wykonany w kolorze czarnym znaczek graficzny przedstawiajacy umieszczony wewnatrz podwójnego okregu plaski kielich z wijacym sie wezem zakonczonym u góry kólkiem , przy czym wewnatrz mniejszego okregu wzdluz jego linii umiejscowiony jest napis stanowiacy pelna nazwe zglaszajacego. Istoty wzoru zdobniczego nie stanowi tresc wszelkich napisów, logo i znak graficzny lecz sposób ich rozmieszczenia oraz kolorystyka jak pokazano na fig. la-b do 3a-b . Poszczególne odmiany opakowania wedlug wzoru zdobniczego róznia sie miedzy soba ksztaltem, liniami i barwami kompozycji roslinnej oraz trescia napisów informacyjnych znajdujacych sie na wszystkich sciankach opakowania jak pokazano na rysunku fig. la-b do 3a-b . W pierwszej odmianie opakowania do herbaty wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. la i lb , kompozycja roslinna sklada sie z bialo- pomaranczowych kwiatów herbaty umieszczonych na tle podluznych zielonych lisci o powierzchni podzielonej zylkami rozchodzacymi sie w ksztalcie jodelki . PL PLTEA PACKAGING The design registration right is valid from February 9, 2000. The design is a tea packaging in the form of a vertical, rectangular box. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the colors and lines of the individual walls of the packaging, as well as in the shape, colors, and relative arrangement of the decorative elements on the surfaces of the packaging walls. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which figures 1a to 3a represent the front and side walls of the packaging, and figures 1b to 3b represent the rear wall and the top and bottom walls. The packaging is in the form of a vertical, rectangular box made of cardboard. The front, back, right side, top, and bottom walls are all uniformly green, varying from dark green at the top to lighter green at the bottom of each wall. The left side wall is cream-colored, contrasting with the other walls. Characteristic decorative drawings and various informational inscriptions, the content of which is not part of the design, are placed on all sides of the packaging. The drawings and inscriptions on the front and left side walls are perpendicular to the drawings and inscriptions on the other walls. All sides of the packaging are surrounded by a black border and an additional black contour line, forming a rectangular protrusion in each corner, inside which a black double leaf is placed. On all sides of the packaging, except for the left side wall, in the lower right part, there is a decorative element in the form of a multicolored plant composition composed of flowers and leaves. On the front wall, next to the plant composition, there is a white cup with a saucer, filled with green tea. On the surface of the cup, there is a black inscription "Malwa" written in characteristic handwriting. An identical cup is located on the lower right parts of the right side and back walls. On the front wall, above the plant composition and the cup, there is the main information inscription written along a straight line, indicating the type and flavor of tea. Part of the inscription – the word "tea" – is written in decorative cream handwritten letters, the word "Green" is written in white, capital letters, while the words describing the flavor are written in white, lowercase letters. All letters of the main inscription have black outlines. This inscription is located on all sides of the packaging except the left side wall, where it is black. On the back and right side walls, the inscription is located between the plant composition and the cup, while on the top and bottom walls, the inscription is located above the plant composition. The arrangement of the graphic elements and informational inscriptions on the back wall is identical to the arrangement of these elements on the right side wall. The bottom and top walls are also identical. On all walls of the packaging, except for the left side wall, above the main information inscription, on the vertical axis of each wall, there is a drawing element representing the applicant's logo in the shape of a white ellipse, surrounded by a black outline line, inside which there is a stylized inscription "Malwa" representing the name of the applicant. Above and below the inscription there are red lines with an irregular shape. The line above the inscription is divided by a drawing of a stylized teapot made in black and surrounded by a black line in the shape of an ellipse. This elliptical drawing element representing the applicant's logo is also located in the center of the lower window of the right side wall of the packaging. The left side wall features additional informational inscriptions in black, and the lower right part of this wall features a black graphic symbol depicting a flat cup with a winding serpent, terminating in a circle at the top, inside a double circle. Within the smaller circle, along its line, is an inscription representing the applicant's full name. The essence of the decorative design is not the content of all the inscriptions, logos, or graphic symbols, but their arrangement and color scheme, as shown in Figures la-b to 3a-b. Individual packaging variations within the decorative design differ in the shape, lines, and colors of the plant composition, as well as the content of the informational inscriptions on all sides of the packaging, as shown in Figures la-b to 3a-b. In the first variant of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Figs. 1a and 1b, the plant composition consists of white and orange tea flowers placed against a background of elongated green leaves with a surface divided by veins spreading in a herringbone shape. In the second variant of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Figs. 2a and 2b, the plant composition consists of white and orange tea flowers placed against a background of dark green leaves with a surface divided by veins spreading in a herringbone shape, and three white and yellow lemon slices woven into the leaves. In the third version of the tea packaging according to the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 3a and 3b, the plant composition consists of white and orange tea flowers and white, cup-shaped jasmine flowers placed against the background of elongated, dark green leaves with a surface divided by veins spreading in a herringbone shape.
