Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania na butelkach z alkoholem, a takze na opakowaniach papierowych, pudelkach tekturowych badz na foliowych woreczkach. Istota wzoru jest oryginalny ksztalt, uklad linii oraz zestawienie barw wystepujacych na etykiecie i jej odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok etykiety oraz fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4 - przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany etykiet. PL PLThe right to register a decorative design for a label has been in effect since August 16, 2001. The design is a label intended for use on alcohol bottles, as well as on paper packaging, cardboard boxes, or plastic bags. The essence of the design is the unique shape, line layout, and color combination of the label and its variations. The design is illustrated in the illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the label, and Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 present subsequent label variations. As shown in Fig. 1, the label is shaped like a disc with a surface similar to the cross-section of a goblet, widened at the bottom by oval arches and featuring a fancifully formed bottom with a downward-pointing apex. The edge of this surface is framed by a narrow white border, followed by a much wider dark gold border. The label surface is dark gray, and against it run two parallel, vertical stripes slightly lighter than the background. Furthermore, the lower part of the label features the word "WÓDKA" in large, block letters with a white border. Above this, there is a fancifully arranged strip imitating a ribbon, arched in the center with the word "GRADUATE VODKA" wrapped symmetrically at both ends, and framed by gold border. An analogous, fanciful stripe, much wider and without inscription, forms the upper finish of the label surface, while another similar stripe, but with downward-curving arcs, is placed below the described label surface. A variant of the label, shown in Fig. 2, also has a shield-shaped surface similar to the cross-section of a goblet, but more slender, and the upper edge is a wavy H, arched upwards within the axis of symmetry. The edge of this surface is framed around its entire circumference by a much wider white border, followed by a gold border. Furthermore, the label surface is divided vertically into two equal parts, one light blue and the other dark blue, and against their background is the inscription "WÓDKA" in large block letters with white borders. Below the inscription is a decorative element in the form of two decorative lithographs arranged horizontally in a single line - "S." Above the inscription, there's a fancifully arranged stripe, imitating a ribbon, arching upward in the center, bearing the inscription "GRADUATE VODKA," wrapped symmetrically at both ends and the edges, framed by gold trim. A similar, fanciful stripe—but much wider and without the inscription—is placed above the label's main surface, while another similar stripe, curved downward in an arc, is placed beneath the label's main surface. Another label variation—shown in Fig. 3—also has a disc-shaped surface, with a surface similar to the cross-section of a goblet, which is widened in the lower part and formed by three oval arcs. The edge of this surface is framed by a narrow white trim, followed by a dark gold, much wider trim. The label's surface is shaded red, with two parallel vertical stripes slightly lighter than the background. Furthermore, the lower part of the label features the word "WÓDKA" in large, block letters with a white border. Above this, a fancifully arranged strip imitating a ribbon curves upward in the center, bearing the word "GRADUATE VODKA" and wrapped symmetrically at both ends and the edges, framed with gold piping. A similar fanciful strip, much wider and without the text, forms the upper finish of the label's surface, and a similar strip, but with downward curves, is placed below the described label surface. A variant of the label - shown in Fig. 4 - also has the shape of a disc with a surface similar to the cross-section of a chalice bowl - but more slender and with an upper edge consisting of a lime arched upwards. The edge of this surface is framed all around with gold piping and then red piping. The surface of the label is white and against its background there are two parallel vertical stripes in a light gray color, and in the lower part of the label there is the inscription "WÓDKA" written in large block letters in a gold cobra with white edges. Below the inscription there is a decorative element in the form of two decorative letters "JS" arranged horizontally in one line. Above the inscription there is a fancifully arranged strip imitating a ribbon, arched upwards in the middle with the inscription "GRADUATE VODKA", and wrapped symmetrically at both ends and on the edges, framed with gold piping. An analogous fanciful strip - but much wider and without the inscription - is placed above the described, main surface of the label, and another similar strip, but arched downwards, is placed under the main surface of the label. The color combinations shown in the attached illustrations, Figures 1 to 4, may also appear in other color schemes. The text on the main label surface and on the additional stripes may also vary, depending on your needs.
