Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania na butelkach, w tym szczególnie na butelkach z alkoholem. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalny ksztalt etykiety, umieszczone na jej powierzchni zdobienia oraz zestawienie barw. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Jak pokazano na rysunku - etykieta bedaca przedmiotem wzoru ma ksztalt wysokiego prostokata, którego górny bok uformowany jest w postaci równoramiennego trójkata. Ramiona tego trójkata sa lukowo wygiete w dól, a jego wierzcholek lezy w pionowej osi symetrii prostokata. Na powierzchni tego prostokata umieszczony jest ozdobny motyw uksztaltowany z pionowo biegnacych, nieregularnych, polaczonych ze soba luków, tworzacych wieksze i mniejsze figury o zróznicowanych, nieforemnych ksztaltach eliptycznych. Obwodowe, zewnetrzne krawedzie tych figur nieforemnych maja kolor zloty. Równiez w zlotym kolorze wykonany jest drukowanymi literami napis: VODKA usytuowany równolegle do ozdobnego motywu. Natomiast cala powierzchnia prostokata, w tym takze czesc bedaca tlem eliptycznych figur ma kolor bordowy o zwiekszonym nasyceniu barwy, po prawej stronie etykiety. Ponadto, obwodowe krawedzie opisanego prostokata obramowane sa waskim, bialym, a nastepnie zlotym paskiem.Cech y istotne wzoru to: - kontury etykiety obramowane zloto-biala ramka, - oryginalny ksztalt etykiety, - ozdobny element umieszczony na powierzchni etykiety w postaci dekoracyjnych, pionowo biegnacych nieregularnych, polaczonych ze soba luków, tworzacych mniejsze i wieksze figury o nieforemnym, eliptycznym ksztalcie.Fig.1Fig.1 PL PL PLThe industrial design is a label intended for use on bottles, particularly alcohol bottles. The essence of the design lies in the label's unique shape, the decorations on its surface, and the color combination. The design is shown in the attached drawing. As shown in the drawing, the label is shaped like a tall rectangle, the upper side of which is formed by an isosceles triangle. The arms of this triangle arc downward, and its apex lies on the rectangle's vertical axis of symmetry. On the surface of this rectangle is a decorative motif formed by vertically running, irregular, interconnected arcs, creating larger and smaller figures with varied, irregular elliptical shapes. The peripheral, outer edges of these irregular figures are gold. The inscription "VODKA" is also printed in gold in block letters, parallel to the decorative motif. The entire rectangle, including the portion serving as the background for the elliptical figures, is a burgundy color with increased color saturation on the right side of the label. Furthermore, the peripheral edges of the circumscribed rectangle are framed with a narrow, white, and then gold stripe. The design's key features include: - the label's contours are framed with a gold-and-white border; - the label's original shape; - a decorative element placed on the label's surface in the form of decorative, vertically running, irregular, interconnected arcs, creating smaller and larger figures with an irregular, elliptical shape.
