Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobna etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania na butelkach, w tym szczególnie na butelkach z alkoholem. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalny ksztalt etykiety, zestawienie barw oraz zdobien umieszczonych na podstawowym wzorze etykiety oraz je j odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig.1 - przedstawia podstawowy wzór etykiety, fig.2 - przedstawia odmiane etykiety, oraz fig.3 - przedstawia kolejna, druga odmiane wzoru etykiety. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - etykieta bedaca przedmiotem wzoru jest dwuczesciowa. Stanowia ja element górny - zasadniczy oraz element dolny - uzupelniajacy. Element dolny posiada ksztalt eliptycznej figury, której poziome, równolegle boki sa proste, a boki pionowe - znacznie krótsze - sa lukami. Równiez umieszczone na obydwu figurach dekoracyjne, fantazyjne motywy oraz trójlistne rozetki, znajdujace sie w narozach tych figur wykonane sa w zlotym kolorze. Kolejne odmiany etykiety, tj. odmiana przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 2 i fig. 3 - róznia sie od etykiety zasadniczej zestawieniem barw. The essence of the design is the label's original shape, the combination of colors, and the decorations placed on the basic label design and its variations. The design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the basic label design, Fig. 2 shows a label variation, and Fig. 3 shows another, second variation of the label design. As shown in Fig. 1, the label being the subject of the design is in two parts. It consists of a top element (the main element) and a bottom element (the supplementary element). The bottom element is an elliptical figure whose horizontal, parallel sides are straight, and the vertical sides (the significantly shorter ones) are arcs. A figure of similar shape forms the central part of the upper, fundamental element of the label. From the four points where the straight, horizontal sides of this elliptical figure begin and end, short, diagonal sides of the label, directed symmetrically to the left and right, and upward and downward, are drawn, directed toward the axis of symmetry. Thus, the upper edge of the label is shaped like an outer arc, curved upward, while the lower edge is shaped like an inner arc, curved downward. The circumferential outer edges of these figures are narrow, gold stripes, with inner, parallel burgundy lines. The surfaces of the individual figures are colored as follows: - the surface of the bottom, supplementary element is white, suitable for displaying detailed generic information, or the name of the alcohol or its producer; - the surface of an analogous figure, but constituting the central part of the upper, principal element of the label, is burgundy; - the surfaces of the upper and lower figures of the principal element of the label, demarcated by arcs and short segments of the slanted sides, are white, with a fancifully arranged burgundy stripe imitating a ribbon with the inscription "PREMIUM" placed on the upper surface. This inscription is in white block letters, and below this inscription - another inscription - "VODKA" - also in block letters, but in gold. The decorative, fanciful motifs on both figures and the trefoil rosettes located in the corners of these figures are also gold. The subsequent label variations, shown in Figures 2 and 3, differ from the basic label in their color combination. Thus, the label shown in Figure 2 is also two-part. It consists of a top element—the basic element—and a bottom element—a supplementary element. The bottom element is shaped like an elliptical figure, whose horizontal, parallel sides are straight, and the vertical sides—significantly shorter—are arcs. A figure of similar shape constitutes the central part of the top, basic label element. From the four points where the straight, horizontal sides of this elliptical figure begin and end, short, diagonal sides of the label, directed toward the axis of symmetry, are drawn symmetrically from the left and right, and upwards and downwards. Thus, the upper edge of the label is shaped like an outer arc, curved upward, and the lower edge is shaped like an inner arc, curved downward. The circumferential outer edges of the described figures are in the form of narrow, gold stripes, with inner, parallel lines in burgundy. The surfaces of the individual figures are colored in the following sequence: - the surface of the lower, supplementary element is burgundy, suitable for displaying detailed generic information, or the name of the alcohol or its producer; - the surface of an analogous figure, but constituting the central part of the upper, principal element of the label, is also burgundy; - the upper and lower surfaces of the label's main element, defined by arcs and short sections of the slanted sides, are white, with a fancifully arranged burgundy stripe imitating a ribbon with the inscription "PREMIUM" placed on the upper surface. This inscription is in white block letters, and below this inscription - another inscription "VODKA" - is also in block letters, but in gold. The decorative, fanciful motifs on both figures and the trefoil rosettes placed in the corners of these figures are also gold. The variant shown in Fig. 3 is also two-part. It consists of the upper element - the main element and the lower element - supplementary. The lower element has the shape of an elliptical figure, whose horizontal, parallel sides are straight, and the vertical sides - significantly shorter - are arcs. A figure of similar shape forms the central part of the upper, fundamental element of the label. From the four points where the straight, horizontal sides of this elliptical figure begin and end, short, diagonal sides of the label, directed symmetrically to the left and right, and upward and downward, are drawn, with their vertices connected by an arc. Thus, the upper edge of the label is shaped like an outer arc, bent upward, while the lower edge is shaped like an inner arc, bent downward. The circumferential outer edges of these figures are in the form of narrow, gold stripes, with inner, parallel white lines. The surfaces of the individual figures are colored as follows: - the surface of the lower, supplementary element is burgundy, suitable for displaying detailed generic information, or the name of the alcohol or its producer; - the surface of an analogous figure, but constituting the central part of the upper, principal element of the label, is also burgundy; - the surfaces of the upper and lower figures of the principal element of the label, demarcated by arcs and short segments of the slanted sides, are burgundy, with a fancifully arranged white stripe imitating a ribbon with the inscription "PREMIUM" placed on the upper surface. This inscription is in burgundy block letters, and below this inscription - another inscription, "VODKA," is also in block letters, but in gold. The decorative, fanciful motifs on both figures, as well as the trefoil rosettes in the corners of these figures, are also gold. List of variations: 1) Fig. 1 - shows the basic label design, with a predominantly white background; 2) Fig. 2 - shows the label design with predominantly burgundy background elements; 3) Fig. 3 - shows the label design with a burgundy background. The essential features of the design are: - original label shape, both in the main and supplementary parts; - original label contours, both in terms of shape and burgundy-gold color; - decorative elements placed on the label surface in the form of an imitation of fancifully arranged ribbon and decorative gold motifs; - decorative gold elements are slightly shaded, imitating the reflection of light.
