Swiecznik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 10 pazdziernika 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swiecznik, przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim swiec, szczególnie ozdobnych, stosowany jako element dekoracyjny wystroju wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac swiecznika, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, przedstawiajacym swiecznik w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, fig.2. Swiecznik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest wykonany ze szkla krysztalowego przezroczystego oraz barwionego. Barwienie swiecznika ma forme nieregularnych smug, wsteg i plam o fantazyjnych, róznorodnie ukladajacych sie i dowolnie dobranych kolorach oraz ksztaltach. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.1 i fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze swiecznik jest uksztaltowany w formie bryly, która w widoku od czola ma zarys zblizony do trójkata z wydluzonym, fantazyjnie skreconym a nastepnie zagietym wzdluz luku wierzcholkiem. Na zagietej czesci swiecznika jest umocowany krazek, do niego przylega otwarty od góry walec z obwodowym kolnierzem. W dolnej czesci bryly znajduje sie otwór w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata o zaokraglonych narozach. Swiecznik jest wykonany z przezroczystego szkla zdobionego róznokolorowymi smugami, ukladajacymi sie w fantazyjne formy. The industrial design is a candlestick designed to hold candles, particularly ornamental ones, and used as a decorative element in residential, office, or other interiors. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new form of the candlestick, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements. The design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the candlestick in a general view, and in the photograph, Fig. 2. The candlestick, according to the industrial design, is made of transparent and colored crystal glass. The coloring of the candlestick takes the form of irregular streaks, ribbons, and spots of fanciful, variously arranged, and freely selectable colors and shapes. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Figure 1 and the photograph, Figure 2, include the candlestick's shape, which, viewed from the front, resembles a triangle with an elongated, fancifully twisted top, then bent along an arc. A disc is attached to the bent part of the candlestick, and a cylinder with a circumferential collar, open at the top, adjoins it. At the bottom of the shape, there is a hole in the shape of a triangle with rounded corners.
