Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako naczynie do umieszczania bukietów z zywych kwiatów lub kompozycji z suszonych kwiatów. Wazon moze tez pelnic role bibelotu, stanowiacego wyposazenie wnetrz mieszkalnych, biurowych lub innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac wazonu, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, przedstawiajacych wazon w widoku ogólnym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - prezentujacej wazon w widoku ogólnym. Wazon, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany ze szkla krysztalowego przezroczystego oraz barwionego. Barwienie wazonu ma forme nieregularnych wsteg, smug i plam o fantazyjnych, róznorodnie ukladajacych sie i dowolnie dobranych kolorach oraz ksztaltach. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze wazon jest uksztaltowany w formie otwartego od góry naczynia wyposazonego u dolu w podstawe, która w widoku od czola ma zarys zblizony do prostokata o bokach wyprofilowanych lukowo i zaokraglonych narozach. Polaczona z podstawa czesc zbiornikowa jest uksztaltowana w formie naczynia rozchylajacego sie na boki o bocznej sciance i górnej krawedzi pofalowanych. Czesc zbiornikowa wazonu jest kolorowa, zas podstawa przezroczysta, zdobiona kolorowymi bankami powietrza o nieregularnych ksztaltach, zatopionymi w strukturze szkla. The industrial design is a vase, used as a vessel for bouquets of fresh flowers or arrangements of dried flowers. The vase can also function as a trinket, furnishing residential, office, or other interiors. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the vase, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements. The design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing a general view of the vase. The design is also illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, showing a general view of the vase. The vase, according to the industrial design, is made of transparent and colored crystal glass. The vase's coloring takes the form of irregular ribbons, streaks, and spots in fanciful, diversely arranged, and freely selected colors and shapes. Among the essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing (fig. 1) and photograph (fig. 2) is that the vase is shaped as a vessel open at the top, equipped with a base at the bottom. Viewed from the front, the base resembles a rectangle with arched sides and rounded corners. The reservoir portion connected to the base is shaped as a vessel flaring outward, with wavy sides and top edges. The reservoir portion of the vase is colored, while the base is transparent, decorated with colorful air bubbles of irregular shapes embedded in the glass structure.
