Dekoracja artystyczna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 10 pazdziernika 2002r, Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja artystyczna, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako upominki oraz bibeloty stanowiace wyposazenie wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac dekoracji artystycznej, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacym dekoracje w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - uwidaczniajacej dekoracje w widoku ogólnym.Dekoracja artystyczna, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest wykonana ze szkla krysztalowego przezroczystego oraz barwionego. Barwienie dekoracji ma forme smug i nieregularnych wsteg o fantazyjnych, róznorodnie dobranych kolorach i ksztaltach. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze dekoracja ma ksztalt przestrzennej bryly opartej na cokole, przypominajacej w swej formie skrecony spiralnie sopel, wierzcholkiem skierowany ku górze. The industrial design registration right has been in effect since October 10, 2002. The subject of an industrial design is an artistic decoration used as gifts and trinkets to furnish residential, office, or other interiors. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of artistic decoration, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the decorations in a general view, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, showing the decorations in a general view. The artistic decoration, according to the industrial design, is made of transparent and colored crystal glass. The decoration's coloring takes the form of streaks and irregular ribbons in fanciful, diversely selected colors and shapes. Among the essential features of an industrial design is that the decoration takes the form of a three-dimensional block resting on a plinth, resembling a spirally twisted icicle with its tip pointing upward. The decoration's embellishment, in addition to its shape, consists of irregular streaks in a color different from the rest of the decoration.
