Dekoracja artystyczna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja artystyczna, przeznaczona do stosowania jako upominki oraz bibeloty wyposazenia wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, o indywidualnym charakterze postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje dekoracje artystyczna w widoku ogólnym, odmiana 1, fig.2- dekoracje, odmiana 2, natomiast fig.3 - dekoracje, odmiana 3. The essence of a design is a new, individualized form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 illustrates the artistic decoration in a general view, variant 1, fig. 2 - decorations, variant 2, and fig. 3 - decorations, variant 3.
