Dekoracja artystyczna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja artystyczna, przeznaczona do stosowania jako upominek lub bibelot, mogacy stanowic element wystroju wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, o indywidualnym charakterze postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - ilustrujacym dekoracje artystyczna w widoku ogólnym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - obrazujacej dekoracje artystyczna w widoku ogólnym. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanego na rysunku, fig.l i na fotografii, fig.2, nalezy zaliczyc, ze dekoracja artystyczna 1 jest uksztaltowana w formie fantazyjnej, nieregularnej bryly o podstawie 2 w ksztalcie zblizonym do odwróconego stozka. Górna czesc dekoracji artystycznej stanowi fantazyjny kolnierz 3. Scianki kolnierza 3 sa pofalowane, z lukowo wyprofilowanymi wglebieniami 4. We wglebieniach 4 sa otwory 5 o fantazyjnych ksztaltach. Dekoracja artystyczna jest wykonana z bawionego szkla,przy czym warstwy szkla i barwy ukladaja sie w fantazyjne smugi, plamy i cienie, wzajemnie sie przenikajace i zachodzace na siebie.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PLArtistic Decoration: The subject of an industrial design is an artistic decoration intended for use as a gift or trinket, and may constitute an element of interior design in residential, office, or other settings. The essence of the design is a new, individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which illustrates a general view of the artistic decoration. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, which shows a general view of the artistic decoration. Among the essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, is that the artistic decoration 1 is shaped as a fanciful, irregular block with a base 2 resembling an inverted cone. The upper part of the artistic decoration is a fanciful collar 3. The walls of the collar 3 are wavy, with arc-shaped recesses 4. The recesses 4 contain fanciful openings 5. The artistic decoration is made of painted glass, with the layers of glass and color arranged in fanciful streaks, spots, and shadows, interpenetrating and overlapping each other.
