The design is a lollipop made from confectionery mass and intended for direct consumption. The essence of the design is a new form of the lollipop, manifested in its shape and color, which gives the lollipop a distinctive and original appearance intended to evoke emotional and aesthetic impressions in confectionery consumers, especially children and adolescents. The design is intended for reproduction in industrial or handicraft production. The design is shown in the attached photograph, figs. 1-7. The new form of the lollipop, according to the design, is characterized by its heart-shaped rim, which is also heart-shaped, with the central heart being red and the heart constituting the rim being yellow. One variety of lollipop is a heart-shaped lollipop with a rim, which is also heart-shaped, with the center heart being red and the rim being orange.
