Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie napojów alkoholowych Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce, nowy, oryginalny wglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.l - przedstawiajacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2 - ilustrujacym butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma osiowo usytuowana, nagwintowana szyjke, która ponizej nagwintowania jest wyposazona w obwodowy pierscien, zas pod nim rozciaga sie obwodowe wglebienie.Mniej wiecej w polowie wysokosci szyjka jest poszerzona i poszerzona czescia polaczona z czescia zbiornikowa butelki. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki jest uformowana jako prostopadloscian o zaokraglonych narozach. The essence of the pattern is a new form of an object, manifested in the shape and decoration of the surface, giving the bottle a new, original look for aesthetic purposes. According to the decorative pattern, the bottle has an axially located, threaded neck, which below the threading is equipped with a circumferential ring, and underneath it a circumferential hollow extends. Halfway up the height, the neck is widened and widened, connected with the reservoir part of the bottle. The reservoir part of the bottle is formed as a cuboid with rounded corners. The front and rear walls of the bottle, at the top and the bottom, are provided with a transverse step between which a labeling surface is formed. The front wall of the reservoir part of the bottle is provided with an ornament at the top, which is a tongue-like protrusion with an arched lower edge. The tongue-shaped protrusion is located in the center, below the junction line between the neck of the bottle and the reservoir part. PL
