Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie napojów alkoholowych Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce, nowy, oryginalny wglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.l - przedstawiajacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2 - ilustrujacym butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma osiowo usytuowana, nagwintowana szyjke, która ponizej nagwintowania jest wyposazona w obwodowy pierscien, zas pod nim rozciaga sie obwodowe wglebienie.Mniej wiecej w polowie wysokosci szyjka jest poszerzona i poszerzona czescia polaczona z czescia zbiornikowa butelki. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki jest uformowana jako prostopadloscian o zaokraglonych narozach. Scianki czolowa i tylna butelki, u góry i u dolu sa zaopatrzone w poprzeczny uskok, pomiedzy którym utworzona jest powierzchnia do umieszczania etykiety. Scianka czolowa czesci zbiornikowej butelki jest u góry zaopatrzona w zdobienie, które stanowi wypuklosc w ksztalcie przypominajacym jezyczek z dolna krawedzia lukowo wygieta. Wypuklosc w ksztalcie jezyczka jest usytuowana posrodku, ponizej linii laczenia szyjki butelki z czescia zbiornikowa. PL PLThe Bottle's design registration right has been in effect since November 24, 1997. The design is a bottle used as packaging for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in a perspective view, and in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, illustrating the bottle from a side view. According to the design, the bottle has an axially located, threaded neck, which is equipped with a circumferential ring below the threading, and below it extends a circumferential recess. Approximately halfway up, the neck is widened and widened by a part connected to the reservoir part of the bottle. The reservoir portion of the bottle is formed as a cuboid with rounded corners. The front and rear walls of the bottle, at the top and bottom, are provided with a transverse offset, between which a surface for label placement is created. The front wall of the reservoir portion of the bottle is decorated at the top with a tongue-shaped protrusion with an arched lower edge. The tongue-shaped protrusion is located in the center, below the line where the bottle neck joins the reservoir portion.
