Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 24 listopada 1997r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - ilustrujacej butelke w widoku ogólnym z przodu i na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2 - przedstawiajacym butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona w usytuowana osiowo, nagwintowana u góry szyjke. Jej scianki, czolowa itylna sa splaszczone i nieco wypukle posrodku. W widoku z przodu butelka ma zarys zdeformowanego kola o liniach brzegowych lukowo uksztaltowanych, przechodzacych u dolu w owalna podstawe, zas u góry w zwezajaca sie ku górze, nagwintowana szyjke. Szyjka ponizej nagwintowania jest zaopatrzona w obwodowy pierscien. Scianka czolowa posiada zdobienie, które stanowi wypuklosc o ksztalcie konia w ruchu. Butelka na calej powierzchni jest przezroczysta. PL PLThe Bottle's design registration right has been in effect since November 24, 1997. The design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface decoration. The design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, illustrating the bottle in a general front view, and in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, showing the bottle in a side view. In accordance with the design, the bottle is equipped with an axially located neck, threaded at the top. Its walls, front and rear, are flattened and slightly convex in the center. From the front, the bottle has the outline of a deformed circle with arc-shaped edges, merging at the bottom into an oval base and at the top into a tapering, threaded neck. The neck is provided with a circumferential ring below the thread. The front wall is decorated with a convex protrusion in the shape of a horse in motion. The bottle is transparent throughout.
