Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - rzut perspektywiczny z góry na butelke, fig. 4 - butelka w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - butelka w widoku z dolu, fig. 6 - butelka w widoku z prawej strony, zas fig. 7 przedstawia butelke widoku z lewej strony.Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, butelka majaca ksztalt cylindryczny z cylindryczna szyjka i nakretka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przy podstawie i krawedzi górnej posiada po obwodzie uskoki, przy czym w dolnym umieszczone sa tloczone litery. W widoku z przodu umieszczona jest etykieta z zaokraglonymi krawedziami górna i dolna, a w czesci centralnej etykiety usytuowany jest rysunek dwóch postaci ludzkich otoczony ramka z herbem w czesci górnej. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle intended for storing, transporting, and selling liquids, especially beverages. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 3 shows a top perspective view of the bottle, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the top, Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the bottom, Fig. 6 shows the bottle from the right side, and Fig. 7 shows the bottle from the left side. According to the decorative pattern, and as shown in the attached photographs, the cylindrical bottle with a cylindrical neck and cap is characterized by circumferential steps at the base and top edge, with embossed letters located at the bottom edge. The front view shows a label with rounded top and bottom edges, and the central part of the label features a drawing of two human figures surrounded by a frame with a coat of arms at the top. The label features drawings of wheat ears and stylized inscriptions.
