Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac naczynia dekoracyjnego przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 9, na których pokazano przedmiot wzoru w poszczególnych odmianach, z wypuklymi zdobieniami i róznym ksztalcie. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-9, which show the subject of the design in various variations, with raised decorations and various shapes. The decorative vessel, as per the pattern, has significant features such as a raised decoration placed on a body of intense light green, with the vessel rounded at the bottom and protrusions colored a lighter color than the vessel itself, and a collar bordered with gold, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 9. The vessel, as per the pattern, has significant features such as a body of intense light green, with a turned-up collar with a recess after turning, and raised decoration in the form of stylized tulip flowers with stems and leaves in a lighter color than the vessel itself, and a collar bordered with gold. The vessel has a smooth band at the base. All raised lines are gold-toned, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The vessel, as modeled, has significant features such as a solid, intensely light green body, a turned-up collar with a recess where it is turned-up, and raised decorations in the form of stylized tulip flowers with stems and leaves in a lighter color than the vessel, and a collar bordered with gold. The vessel has a base in the form of a smooth, narrow band. All raised lines are gold-toned, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 2). The vessel, as shown in the pattern, has significant features such as a solid, intense light green body, a raised collar with a recess where it is turned up, and raised decorations in the form of stylized tulip flowers with stems and leaves in a lighter color than the vessel, a collar surrounded by a gold border, and two handles located below the top opening, on opposite sides of the vessel. The vessel has a smooth base in the form of a band. All raised lines are gold-toned, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 3). The vessel, as shown in the pattern, has significant features such as a solid, intense light green body, and raised stylized decoration placed in frames, with the surface of the vessel beneath the frames being smooth. The raised decorations are lighter in color than the vessel. The vessel has a base in the form of a smooth, narrow band and a collar bordered with gold. All raised lines are gold-toned, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 4). The vessel according to the pattern has significant features in the form of a block of intense light green, with raised stylized decoration, a decorative band in the lower part, a bulge in the upper part, and a narrower collar bordered with gold. In a variation, the vessel according to the pattern has significant features in the form of a block of intense light green, with raised decoration in the form of thick dots on the green and gold side surface. The central part of the vessel is separated from the rest of the vessel by two parallel convex lines. The vessel's body has an oval base and sides that flare upward, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 6. The vessel's key features, as shown in the pattern, include a solid, intensely light green body, with convex decoration in the form of two parallel lines, separated by thick dots. The base of the vessel is quadrangular, and the sides flare upward. The vessel has four legs with convex decorations. The upper line of the decoration is also the collar of the vessel, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 7. The vessel according to the pattern has significant features in the form of a block of intense light green color, wherein the vessel has convex decoration in the upper part of the vessel, in the form of two parallel lines, of which the upper line is also the collar of the vessel, with a quadrangular base, widening upwards, with a wide base widening outwards, with convex decorations, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 8.
