Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce oraz ornamentyce nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Pólmisek zestawu naczyn stolowych w widoku z góry ukazano na Fig. 1. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw naczyn stolowych do podawania pokarmów, skladajacy sie z pólmiska o zarysie elipsy, okraglej miski, wazy z pokrywka, sosjerki, dzbanka i z solniczki oraz pieprzniczki ustawionych na podstawce charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpusy, miski, wazy, sosjerki i dzbanka posiadaja ksztalt owalny, sciety w górnej czesci, przy czym na wazie osadzona jest pokrywka, która stanowi pólkolista czasza zwienczona uchwytem imitujacym postac siedzacego ptaszka. Dolne czesci korpusów miski, wazy, sosjerki, dzbanka, solniczki i pieprzniczki posiadaja zwezone srednice i zakonczone sa pogrubionymi podstawami. Kazda z podstaw sklada sie w dwóch owalnych pierscieni. Na srodkowej czesci powierzchni uzytkowej pólmiska naniesiona jest elipsoidalna kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i zielonym wypelnieniu. Wzór ten obwiedziony jest girlanda granatowych prostokatów, w które wpisane sa koliste elementy o pomaranczowym zabarwieniu. Kompozycja ta sasiaduje ze zdobieniem, które stanowi girlanda niebieskich kwiatów o pomaranczowym srodku. Dodatkowo girlande podobnych kwiatów, ale wiekszych i przedzielonych platkami zielonkawych kwiatów umieszczono na bezowym pasie. Granatowa obwódka pokryto brzegi pólmiska. Na górnej i dolnej powierzchni miski, zarówno po jej stronie zewnetrznej jak i wewnetrznej naniesiona jest kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i zielonym wypelnieniu. Pomiedzy tymi zdobieniami, na srodkowej czesci miski zestawiono ze soba trzy girlandy motywów dekoracyjnych. Motywem dekoracyjnym pierwszej girlandy jest zestaw granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i zielonym wypelnieniu. Kompozycja ta sasiaduje ze zdobieniem, które stanowi z kolei girlanda niebieskichkwiatów o pomaranczowym srodku. Dodatkowo girlande podobnych kwiatów, ale wiekszych i przedzielonych platkami zielonkawych kwiatów umieszczono na bezowym pasie. Ponizej zaprezentowano girlanda granatowych prostokatów, w które wpisane sa koliste elementy o pomaranczowym zabarwieniu. Granatowa obwódka pokryto brzegi i podstawe miski. Wylew sosjerki i dzbanka wyprofilowane z górnych czesci korpusów zakonczone sa owalnymi dziobkami. Po przeciwnej stronie wylewu sosjerki i dzbanka znajduje sie plaskie ucho o ksztalcie zblizonym do polowy serca, umocowane u dolu ponizej polowy wysokosci korpusu, a u góry powyzej polowy wysokosci korpusu. Na powierzchni sosjerki, dzbanka i wazy oraz jej pokrywy naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne, z których pierwszy stanowi kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i zielonym wypelnieniu. Nastepnym motywem dekoracyjnym jest girlanda niebieskich kwiatów o pomaranczowym srodku. Dodatkowo girlande podobnych kwiatów, ale wiekszych i przedzielonych platkami zielonkawych kwiatów umieszczono na bezowym pasie. Ponadto przedstawiono jeszcze girlanda granatowych prostokatów, w które wpisane sa koliste elementy o pomaranczowym zabarwieniu. Granatowa farba pokryto brzegi i podstawe oraz uszy sosjerki, dzbanka i wazy. Granatowa farba ozdobiono równiez podstawe pokrywki wazy i jej uchwyt. Waza ku górze przechodzi w owal pokrywki, w której wykonano okragly otwór na lyzke. Po obu stronach wazy umieszczono symetrycznie wzgledem siebie dwoje, plaskich uszu o ksztaltach przypominajacych trójkaty, przy czym umocowano je w srodkowej i najszerszej czesci korpusu. Solniczka i pieprzniczka maja korpusy o ksztalcie owalnego cylindra, który u dolu i góry jest wysmuklony, a rozszerzony w srodkowej czesci. Na powierzchni korpusu solniczki i pieprzniczki naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne, z których pierwszy stanowi kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym izielonym wypelnieniu. Nastepnym motywem dekoracyjnym jest girlanda niebieskich kwiatów o pomaranczowym srodku. Dodatkowo girlande podobnych kwiatów, ale wiekszych i przedzielonych platkami zielonkawych kwiatów umieszczono na bezowym pasie. Ponadto przedstawiono jeszcze girlanda granatowych prostokatów, w które wpisane sa koliste elementy o pomaranczowym zabarwieniu. Granatowy pasek farby naniesiono na podstawe oraz na górna czesc korpusów solniczki i pieprzniczki. Podstawka pod solniczke i pieprzniczke o zarysie elipsy ma na swojej powierzchni uzytkowej lustro, na którym ustawia sie solniczke i pieprzniczke. Kolnierz podstawki ma dekoracje przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i zielonym wypelnieniu. The industrial design is for a tableware set for serving food. The essential features of the industrial design include a new and original form of the item, manifested in its shape, line layout, color scheme, and ornamentation, suitable for repeated reproduction. The industrial design is presented in general terms in the attached illustrations. The platter of the tableware set is shown in a top view in Fig. 1. The bowl is shown in a side view in Fig. 2 and from above in Fig. 3. The tureen with a lid is shown in a side view in Fig. 4. The sauceboat is shown in a side view in Fig. 5. The jug is shown in a side view in Fig. 6. The salt shaker with pepper shakers is shown in a frontal view in Fig. 7. The salt shaker and pepper shaker stand is shown in a top view in Fig. 8. Essential features of the industrial design. The industrial design is for a set of tableware for serving food, consisting of an elliptical platter, a round bowl, a tureen with a lid, a gravy boat, a jug, and a salt and pepper shaker set on a base. The bodies of the bowl, tureen, gravy boat, and jug are oval in shape, truncated at the top, with the lid mounted on the tureen, which is a semicircular bowl topped with a handle imitating the figure of a perched bird. The lower portions of the bowl, tureen, gravy boat, jug, salt and pepper shakers have narrowed diameters and terminate in thickened bases. Each base consists of two oval rings. The central part of the serving surface features an ellipsoidal composition resembling lace, composed of navy blue circular ornaments with green filling. This pattern is bordered by a garland of navy blue rectangles, within which are inscribed circular elements in orange. This composition adjoins a garland of blue flowers with orange centers. Additionally, a garland of similar flowers, larger and separated by greenish petals, is placed on a beige band. The edges of the serving plate are covered with a navy blue border. A lace-like composition, composed of navy blue circular ornaments with green filling, is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the bowl, both on the outside and inside. Between these decorations, three garlands of decorative motifs are juxtaposed on the central part of the bowl. The decorative motif of the first garland is a set of navy blue circular ornaments with green filling. This composition is adjacent to the decoration, which in turn consists of a garland of blue flowers with an orange center. Additionally, a garland of similar flowers, larger and separated by greenish petals, is placed on a beige band. Below is a garland of navy blue rectangles, within which are inscribed circular elements in orange. A navy blue border covers the rim and base of the bowl. The spouts of the sauceboat and jug, shaped from the upper parts of the bodies, terminate in oval spouts. On the opposite side of the spout of the sauceboat and jug, there is a flat handle, roughly half-heart-shaped, attached at the bottom below half the body height and at the top above half the body height. Decorative motifs are applied to the surfaces of the sauceboat, jug, and tureen, as well as its lid. The first is a lace-like composition composed of navy blue circular ornaments with green filling. The next decorative motif is a garland of blue flowers with an orange center. Additionally, a garland of similar flowers, larger and separated by greenish petals, is placed on a beige band. Furthermore, there is a garland of navy blue rectangles, within which are inscribed circular orange elements. Navy blue paint covers the edges, base, and handles of the sauceboat, jug, and tureen. Navy blue paint also decorates the base of the tureen's lid and its handle. The tureen merges upwards into the oval shape of the lid, which has a round hole for a spoon. Two flat, triangular-shaped handles are placed symmetrically on either side of the vase, attached to the central and widest part of the body. The salt and pepper shakers have bodies in the shape of an oval cylinder, slender at the top and bottom, and widening in the middle. Decorative motifs are applied to the surface of the salt and pepper shakers, the first of which is a lace-like composition composed of navy blue circular ornaments with green filling. The next decorative motif is a garland of blue flowers with an orange center. Additionally, a garland of similar flowers, larger and separated by greenish petals, is placed on a beige band. Furthermore, there is a garland of navy blue rectangles, within which are inscribed circular elements in a shade of orange. A navy blue stripe of paint was applied to the base and upper part of the salt and pepper shaker bodies. The elliptical salt and pepper shaker stand features a mirror on its usable surface, on which the salt and pepper shakers are placed. The stand's collar features lace-like decorations, composed of navy blue circular ornaments with green filling. All decorations on the vessels in the tableware set are placed on a cream background.
