Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce oraz ornamentyce, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw naczyn stolowych przeznaczony do podawania i przechowywania pokarmów, skladajacy sie z salaterki i misy o zarysach prostokatów. Scianki boczne salaterki i misy tworza katy rozwarte z ich podstawami. Salaterke uformowano na ksztalt kuwety. Natomiast misa ma glebiej osadzone dno. Z górnych czesci scianek naczyn wyprowadzono w plaszczyznach do nich prostopadlych, kolnierze okalajace wyroby. Obrzeza kolnierzy posiadaja ksztalt falistej linii. Podstawy naczyn maja narozniki zaokraglone. Na powierzchniach naczyn naniesiona jest kompozycja prezentujaca kilka zestawionych obok siebie dekoracji. Jednym z nich jest umieszczony centralnie bukiet kwiatów o kolorze niebieskim i czerwonym, które udekorowano zielonymi liscmi. Bukiet kwiatów polozono na mniejszych motywach roslinnych. Ponadto zestawiono z nim zdobienia przedstawiajace motyle. Innym wzorem jest dekoracja umieszczona na sciankach, spodzie i obrzezach salaterki oraz miski, wyobrazajaca girlande asymetrycznych, czarnych platków kwiatów z zóltymi srodkami i przylegajaca do niej koronka zestawiona z czerwonych i granatowych, owalnych azurów. W sasiedztwie umieszczono zdobienie przedstawiajace rzad czarnych, czworokatnych elementów oraz rzad czerwonych, symetrycznych platków kwiatów o granatowych wypelnieniach. Czarna farba pokryto owalne brzegi i podstawy naczyn. Na obrzezach kolnierzy polozono granatowy i czarny, owalny azur. Wszystkie dekoracje wykonane na naczyniach nalezacych do zestawu naczyn stolowych umieszczone sa na kremowym tle. The subject of the industrial design is a set of tableware for serving food. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and original form of the item, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, colors, and ornamentation, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in general terms in the attached illustrations. The salad bowl from the tableware set is shown in front, side, top, and bottom views in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The bowl is presented in front, top, and bottom views in Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 7. Essential Features of the Industrial Design. The industrial design is a set of tableware intended for serving and storing food, consisting of a salad bowl and a rectangular bowl. The side walls of the bowl and bowl form obtuse angles with their bases. The salad bowl is shaped like a cuvette, while the bowl has a deeper base. From the upper portions of the vessel walls, flanges extend perpendicularly to the sides, encircling the products. The flanges have wavy edges. The bases of the vessels have rounded corners. A composition presenting several juxtaposed decorations is applied to the surfaces of the vessels. One of these is a centrally placed bouquet of blue and red flowers, decorated with green leaves. The bouquet of flowers is placed on smaller plant motifs. It is also accompanied by decorations depicting butterflies. Another pattern is the decoration on the walls, bottom, and rim of the salad bowl and bowl, depicting a garland of asymmetrical black flower petals with yellow centers and an adjoining lace composed of red and navy blue oval lacework. Adjacent to this is a decoration depicting a row of black, quadrangular elements and a row of red, symmetrical flower petals with navy blue fillings. The oval rims and bases of the vessels are covered with black paint. The rims of the collars feature navy blue and black oval lacework.
