Powyzej tego wzoru zdobienie stanowi rzad elementówprzedstawiajacych podobna kompozycje koronki, ale o rdzawym zabarwieniu, która przetykana jest pomaranczowymi i brazowymi kropkami. Natomiast wzór wyobrazajacy girlande granatowych kielichów, przypominajacych kwiaty tulipanów oraz girlande supelków, przylega nie tylko do granatowego ozdobnego paska, którym otoczono kolnierz cukiernicy, ale i umieszczony jest na pokrywie cukiernicy. Granatowym kolorem ozdobiono takze jej podstawe i zewnetrzna powierzchnie obu uszu, a takze podstawe pokrywki. Filizanki maja korpus o ksztalcie owalnego cylindra, który u dolu jest waski, a rozszerza sie ku górze. Filizanki maja plaskie ucho w ksztalcie zblizonym do polowy serca, które umocowano u dolu ponizej polowy wysokosci korpusu, a u góry powyzej polowy czesci korpusu. Filizanka przeznaczona do kawy ma korpus i podstawe o nieco wezszej srednicy niz filizanka przewidzian a do herbaty. Dolna czesc korpusu filizanek ozdobiono tapeta, która jest bezowo-zólta kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z ornamentów o zarysie kolistym, które sa ozdobione pomaranczowymi oraz zielonymi kropkami. Powyzej tego wzoru dekoracje stanowi rzad ornamentów przedstawiajacych podobna kompozycje koronki, ale o rdzawym zabarwieniu, która przetykana jest pomaranczowymi i brazowymi kropkami. Natomiast wzór wyobrazajacy girlande granatowych kielichów tulipanów oraz girlande przedstawiajaca rzad supelków, przylega do granatowego ozdobnego paska, którym otoczono brzegi filizanek. Granatowym kolorem ozdobiono zewnetrzna powierzchnie ucha filizanek i ich podstawy. Okragle talerzyki pod filizanki maja na swojej powierzchni uzytkowej lustro o zarysie kola, na którym ustawia sie filizanke, przy czym srednica lustra, na którym umieszcza sie filizanke do kawy jest mniejsza niz srednica lustra talerzyka przeznaczonego na filizanke z herbata. Lustro talerzyków jest oznaczone granatowa obwódka i ozdobione bezowo-zólta kompozycja, przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z ornamentów o zarysie kolistym, które sa ozdobione pomaranczowymi oraz zielonymi kropkami. Wzór ten sasiaduje ze zdobieniem, które stanowia rzedy ornamentów przedstawiajacych podobna kompozycje koronki, ale o rdzawym zabarwieniu, która przetykana jestpomaranczowymi i brazowymi kropkami. Natomiast motyw dekoracyjny wyobrazajacy girlande granatowych kielichów tulipanów oraz girlande supelków przylega do granatowej obwódki, która pokryte sa brzegi talerzyków. Na srodkowej czesci powierzchni uzytkowej zaglebionego talerza deserowego naniesiona jest granatowa zdobina, która stanowi symetrycznie rozmieszczony bukiet skladajacy sie z podluznych lisci i kielichów kwiatów, o wygladzie tulipanów. Tlem dla owego bukietu jest bezowo-zólta kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z ornamentów o zarysie kolistym, które sa ozdobione pomaranczowymi oraz zielonymi kropkami. Wzór ten sasiaduje ze zdobieniem, które stanowi podobna kompozycja koronki zestawionej z ornamentów o zarysie kolistym, ale o rdzawym zabarwieniu, które przetykane sa pomaranczowymi i brazowymi kropkami. Natomiast wzór wyobrazajacy girlande granatowych kielichów tulipanów oraz wzór przedstawiajacy girlande supelków, przylega do granatowej obwódki, która pokryto brzegi talerza deserowego. Wszystkie dekoracje wykonane na naczyniach nalezacych do zestawu kawowo-herbacianego umieszczone sa na kremowym tle. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and original form of the item, manifesting itself in its shape and color scheme, and suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown schematically in the attached drawings and in a photograph. The teapot with lid of the coffee and tea set is shown from the front in Fig. 1, and from above in Fig. 3. The kettle with lid is shown from the front in Fig. 2, and from above in Fig. 4. The swordfish is shown from the front in Fig. 5, and from above in Fig. 6. The sugar bowl with lid is shown from the front in Fig. 7, and from above in Fig. 8. A tea cup is shown in a front view in Fig. 9 and in a top view in Fig. 10. A coffee cup is shown in similar views in Fig. 11 and Fig. 12. The coffee cup saucer is shown in side and top views in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14. The tea cup saucer is shown in Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, respectively. The dessert plate is shown in a side view in Fig. 17 and in a top view in Fig. 18. Fig. 19 shows all the flat and hollow vessels of the coffee and tea set in a front view, together with the decorative ornaments applied thereto. This coffee and tea set, consisting of a kettle, teapot, sword bowl, sugar bowl, cups with round saucers, and a round dessert plate, is characterized by the kettle, teapot, sword bowl, sugar bowl, and cup bodies being oval in shape, truncated at the top. The kettle, teapot, and sugar bowl are each fitted with lids that form semicircular bowls topped with handles imitating a perched bird. The lower portions of the kettle, teapot, sword bowl, sugar bowl, and cup bodies are slightly tapered in diameter and terminate in thickened bases. Each base is composed of two oval rings. The spout of the kettle and teapot, shaped from part of the body and running along its oval, from the bottom to the top, terminates in a sharply cut spout. On the opposite side of the spout is a flat handle, roughly half-heart-shaped, attached at the bottom below half the body's height and at the top above half the body's height. The teapot, designed for coffee, has a slightly slimmer body than the teapot. A navy blue ornament is applied to the sides of the kettle and teapot, in their central part, forming a symmetrically arranged bouquet of elongated leaves and flower calyxes resembling tulips. The decorative backdrop for this bouquet is a beige and yellow composition resembling lace, composed of circular ornaments embellished with orange and green dots. Above this pattern, rows of ornaments depict a similar lace composition, but in a rusty hue, interwoven with orange and brown dots. The decorative motif, depicting a garland of navy blue tulip cups and a garland featuring a row of abstract elements resembling knots, adheres not only to the navy blue decorative band surrounding the collar of the teapot and kettle, but also to the navy blue strip covering the bases of the semicircular lids. The bowls of the kettle and teapot lids are also decorated with a decorative wallpaper depicting a lace composition, composed of circular ornaments with a rusty tint and orange and brown dots. Meanwhile, navy blue adorns the exterior of the kettle and teapot handles, their bases, and spouts, as well as the bases of the semicircular lids and the handles themselves, which imitate the figure of a perched bird. The swordfish, with its tapered diameter at the bottom, gradually transitions upwards into an oval with a smoothly emerging spout on one side, and on the other, a flat handle, roughly half a heart in shape, attached at the bottom, below half the height of the body, and at the top, above half the height of the body. The lower part of the swordfish's body is decorated with a beige and yellow lace-like composition, composed of circular ornaments embellished with orange and green dots. Above this pattern, two rows of ornaments depicting a similar lace composition, but in a rusty hue, are interspersed with orange and brown dots. A decorative motif depicting a garland of navy blue tulip cups and a garland of knots adjoins a navy blue decorative stripe that encircles the swordfish's collar. Its base, spout, and the outer surface of the handle are also decorated in navy blue. The sugar bowl transitions upward into an oval lid, which features a round hole for a spoon. On either side of the sugar bowl, two flat, heart-shaped handles are placed symmetrically, attached at the bottom below halfway up the body and at the top above halfway up the body. The lower part of the sugar bowl is decorated with a beige and yellow lace-like design, composed of circular ornaments embellished with orange and green dots. Above this design, a row of elements depicting a similar lace composition, but in a rusty hue, interspersed with orange and brown dots. Meanwhile, a pattern depicting a garland of navy blue goblets resembling tulips and a garland of knots adheres not only to the navy blue decorative stripe that encircles the sugar bowl's collar but is also placed on the sugar bowl's lid. Navy blue also decorates the base and the outer surfaces of both handles, as well as the base of the lid. The cups have a cylindrical oval body, narrow at the bottom and widening towards the top. The cups have a flat handle, roughly half a heart, attached at the bottom below the middle of the body and at the top above the middle of the body. The coffee cup has a body and base with a slightly narrower diameter than the tea cup. The lower part of the cups' body is decorated with a beige and yellow lace-like wallpaper, composed of circular ornaments adorned with orange and green polka dots. Above this pattern, the decoration consists of a row of ornaments featuring a similar lace composition, but in a rusty hue, interwoven with orange and brown dots. A pattern depicting a garland of navy blue tulip cups and a garland depicting a row of knots adjoins a navy blue decorative stripe that encircles the rims of the cups. The outer surface of the cup handles and their bases are decorated in navy blue. The round saucers for the cups feature a circular mirror on their usable surface, on which the cup is placed. The diameter of the mirror on which the coffee cup is placed is smaller than the diameter of the mirror on the saucer for the tea cup. The mirrored plates are accented with a navy blue border and decorated with a beige and yellow lace-like composition, composed of circular ornaments embellished with orange and green dots. This pattern is adjacent to the decoration, which consists of rows of ornaments depicting a similar lace composition, but in a rusty hue, interwoven with orange and brown dots. A decorative motif depicting a garland of navy blue tulip calyxes and a garland of knots adjoins the navy blue border, which covers the edges of the plates. The central part of the usable surface of the recessed dessert plate features a navy blue decoration, forming a symmetrically arranged bouquet composed of elongated leaves and calyxes resembling tulips. The background for this bouquet is a beige and yellow lace-like composition composed of circular ornaments embellished with orange and green dots. This pattern adjoins a similar lace composition composed of circular ornaments, but in a rusty hue, interspersed with orange and brown dots. Meanwhile, a pattern depicting a garland of navy blue tulip calyxes and a pattern depicting a garland of knots adjoins a navy blue border covering the edges of the dessert plate.
