PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a coffee set. The essence of the industrial design is manifest in the shape of the vessels and the applied ornaments. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, which depict a perspective view of the coffee set. In Fig. 1, the teapot is shown, Fig. 2, the cup is shown, Fig. 3, the saucer is shown, and Fig. 4, the saucer is shown. The coffee set, according to the industrial design, consisting of a teapot, cup, saucer, and saucer, is decorated with navy blue circles with a navy blue dot in the center, covering the surfaces, creating a kind of wallpaper. Two-thirds of the way up the vessels, the surface is intersected by a cream stripe with a row of light blue flowers with a brown dot "growing" on two green leaves and separated by a light brown dot. The rims of the vessels, spout, lid handle, and outer surfaces of the handle are painted navy blue. Fig. 1 of the attached photograph shows a pot with a bulging, pea-shaped shape. Where the lid joins the body, the belly narrows and flows smoothly into a wide, rolled-up collar, on which sits a tall, bell-shaped lid topped with an elongated, spherical handle. The pot's spout protrudes above the collar, and the large, rounded handle counterbalances the body. It is decorated with navy blue circles with a navy blue dot in the center, covering the surface like a wallpaper. At the height of 2/3 of the vessel, the surface is crossed by a cream stripe with a row of blue flowers with a brown dot "growing" on two green leaves and separated by a light brown dot, while the lid handle, spout, rim and outer surface of the handle are painted in navy blue. Fig. 2 of the attached photograph shows a bell-shaped cup with a smoothly rolled-up collar and a rounded handle, decorated with a cream stripe with a row of blue flowers with a brown dot "growing" on two green leaves and separated by a light brown dot, closed on both sides by a trail of navy blue circles with a navy blue dot in the center, while the rim of the cup and the outer surface of the handle are painted in navy blue. Fig. 3 of the attached photograph shows a plate with a curve similar to the collar of a cup and a flat rim, decorated with a rosette of navy blue circles with a navy blue dot in the center, surrounded by a cream stripe with a row of blue flowers with a brown dot "growing" on two green leaves and separated by a light brown dot. Below the rim of the plate, the decoration is completed by a row of navy blue circles with a navy blue dot in the center, while the rim of the plate is painted navy blue. Fig. 4 of the attached photograph shows a saucer with a curve similar to the cup's collar, a central recess in the form of a mirror for placing the cup and a flat rim on the edge, decorated with a cream-coloured stripe with a row of blue flowers with a brown dot "growing" on two green leaves and separated from each other by a light brown dot. Around the mirror and under the rim of the saucer, the decorations are completed by a row of navy blue circles with a navy blue dot in the middle, while the rim of the saucer is painted navy blue and the mirror remains undecorated in cream. Under the rim of the saucer, the decorations are completed by a row of navy blue circles with a navy blue dot in the center, while the rim of the saucer is painted over with navy blue as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3. 5.
