Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw kawowy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie naczyn oraz naniesionych zdobinach. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacych zestaw kawowy w widoku perspektywicznym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia imbryk, fig. 2 przedstawia filizanke, fig. 3 przedstawia talerzyk, fig. 4 przedstawia spodek. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a coffee set. The essence of the industrial design is manifest in the shape of the vessels and the applied ornamentation. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, which depict a perspective view of the coffee set. In Fig. 1, the teapot is shown, Fig. 2, the cup is shown, Fig. 3, the saucer is shown, and Fig. 4, the saucer is shown. The coffee set, according to the industrial design, consisting of a teapot, cup, saucer, and saucer, is decorated with rhythmically arranged navy blue narrow-leafed flowers with a brown center, spaced at regular intervals, with brown dots between them. The edges of the vessels, the spout, the lid handle, and the outer surfaces of the handle are painted navy blue. Fig. 1 of the attached photograph shows a teapot with a bulging, pea-shaped shape where the lid joins the body of the teapot. The shape of the belly narrows and flows smoothly into a wide, rolled-up collar, on which a high, bell-shaped lid is placed, topped with an elongated, spherical handle, the spout of the teapot protruding above the collar of the vessel and the large, rounded handle acting as a counterweight to the body, decorated with an ornament in the form of rhythmically arranged, navy blue, narrow-leafed flowers with a brown center, spaced at a regular distance from each other, with brown dots between them, while the lid handle, spout, edges and outer surfaces of the handle are painted navy blue. Fig. 2 of the attached photograph shows a bell-shaped cup with a smoothly rolled-up collar and a rounded handle, decorated with a decoration in the form of rhythmically arranged navy blue narrow-leafed flowers with a brown center, spaced at a regular distance from each other, with brown dots between them, while the rim of the cup and the outer surface of the handle are painted in navy blue. Fig. 3 of the attached photograph shows a saucer with a curve similar to the cup's collar and a flat rim on the edge, decorated with a decoration in the form of rhythmically arranged navy blue narrow-leafed flowers with a brown center, spaced at a regular distance from each other, with brown dots between them, while the rim of the saucer is painted in navy blue. Fig. 4 of the attached photograph shows a saucer with a curve similar to the collar of a cup, a central recess in the form of a mirror to place the cup on, and a flat rim on the edge, decorated with an ornament in the form of rhythmically arranged navy blue narrow-leafed flowers with a brown center, spaced at a regular distance from each other, with brown dots between them, while the saucer's mirror remains undecorated and is cream-colored, while the rim is painted over in navy blue.
