PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a coffee set. The essence of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the vessels and the applied ornaments. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, which depict a perspective view of the coffee set. In Fig. 1, the teapot is shown, Fig. 2, the cup is shown, Fig. 3, the saucer is shown, and Fig. 4, the saucer is shown. The coffee set, based on the industrial design, consists of a teapot, a cup, a saucer, and a saucer. It is decorated with a brown-and-red geometric azure with light green transverse flames, forming a grid pattern. A decorative strip of ornamentation, featuring loosely scattered brown dots and blue flowers with green leaves on a faucet background, is incorporated into the pattern at two-thirds of the height of the vessels. The ornament is bordered on both sides by a dark brown geometric pattern. The decoration is complemented by a brown-green wavy zigzag under the collar of the vessels and under the rim of the plates, while the lid handle, spout and rims are painted in dark navy blue. Figure 1 of the attached photograph shows a teapot with a plump, pea-shaped shape. Where the lid joins the body, the belly tapers and flows smoothly into a wide, rolled-up collar, on which sits a tall, bell-shaped lid topped with an elongated, spherical handle. The teapot's spout protrudes above the collar, and the large, rounded handle counterbalances the body. It is decorated with a brown-red geometric azure pattern with light green transverse flames, creating a kind of grid. A decorative band of ornamentation, featuring loosely scattered brown dots and blue flowers with green leaves on a cream background, is incorporated into the pot two-thirds of the way up. The ornament is bordered on both sides by a dark brown geometric pattern. Under the collar of the vessel and above the rim of the lid, the decoration is complemented by a brown and navy blue wavy zigzag, while the lid handle, spout, and rim are painted in dark navy blue. The outer surface of the handle is covered with a brown and reddish geometric azure. Fig. 2 of the attached photograph shows a bell-shaped cup with a smoothly rolled-up collar and rounded handle, adorned with an ornament depicting loosely scattered brown dots and blue flowers with green leaves on a cream background. The ornament is bordered on both sides by a dark brown geometric pattern. Under the collar of the cup is a brown and navy blue wavy zigzag, while the rim of the vessel is painted in dark navy blue, and the outer surface of the handle is covered with a brown and reddish geometric azure. Figure 3 of the attached photograph shows a plate with a curve similar to a cup's collar and a flat rim, adorned with a centrally incorporated rosette made of brown-red geometric azure with light green transverse flames, forming a kind of mesh, topped with a decorative ornament depicting loosely scattered brown dots and blue flowers with green leaves on a faucet background. The ornament is bordered by a dark brown geometric pattern. Beneath the rim of the plate is a brown-navy blue wavy zigzag, while the rim of the vessel is painted dark navy blue. Fig. 4 of the attached photograph shows a saucer with a curve similar to the cup's collar, a central recess in the form of a mirror to place the cup on, and a flat rim on the edge, decorated with a brown-red geometric azure pattern with light green transverse flames forming a kind of mesh. Under the saucer's rim is a brown-navy blue wavy zigzag, while the rim of the vessel is painted over in dark navy blue, while the mirror remains undecorated in cream.
