Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw kawowy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie naczyn oraz naniesionych zdobinach. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacych zestaw kawowy w widoku perspektywicznym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia imbryk, fig. 2 przedstawia filizanke, fig. 3 przedstawia talerzyk, fig. 4 przedstawia spodek. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a coffee set. The essence of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the vessels and the applied ornaments. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, which depict a perspective view of the coffee set. In Fig. 1, the teapot is shown, Fig. 2, the cup, Fig. 3, the saucer, and Fig. 4, the saucer. The coffee set, according to the industrial design, consisting of a teapot, cup, saucer, and saucer, is decorated with a navy blue wallpaper with rhythmically arranged cream dots, containing stylized navy blue snails. The decorations are complemented by a decorative pattern of navy blue snails on a cream background along the rim of the vessels. The rims of the vessels, the handle, lid, spout, and the outer surfaces of the handle are painted navy blue. Fig. 1 of the attached photograph shows a teapot with a plump, pea-shaped shape. Where the lids join the body, the belly tapers and flows smoothly into a wide, rolled-up collar, on which sits a tall, bell-shaped lid topped with an elongated, spherical handle. The teapot's spout protrudes above the collar, and the large, rounded handle counterbalances the body. It is decorated with a pattern of navy blue wallpaper with cream dots rhythmically placed within which are stylized navy blue snails. A decorative pattern of navy blue snails on a cream background complements the decorations under the collar and on the edge of the lid. The lid handle, spout, rim, and outer surface of the handle are painted navy blue. Fig. 2 of the attached photograph shows a bell-shaped cup with a smoothly rolled-up collar and rounded handle, decorated with a navy blue wallpaper with rhythmically arranged cream dots, containing stylized navy blue snails. Below the rim of the cup, the decoration is complemented by a decorative pattern of navy blue snails on a cream background. The rim of the vessel and the outer surface of the handle are painted navy blue. Fig. 3 of the attached photograph shows a saucer with a curve similar to the cup's collar and a flat rim, decorated with a navy blue wallpaper with rhythmically arranged cream dots, containing stylized navy blue snails. Below the rim, the decoration is complemented by a decorative pattern of navy blue snails on a cream background, while the rim is painted navy blue. Fig. 4 of the attached photograph shows a saucer with a curve similar to the cup's collar, a central recess in the form of a mirror to place the cup on, and a flat rim on the edge, decorated with a decoration in the form of navy blue wallpaper with rhythmically arranged cream dots, within which there are stylized navy blue snails. Under the rim of the vessel, the decoration is complemented by a decorative pattern of navy blue snails on a cream background, while the saucer's mirror remains undecorated in cream and the rim is painted over in navy blue.
