Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce oraz ornamentyce nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw naczyn stolowych do podawania pokarmów, skladajacy sie z dzbanka i dzbanuszka z korkiem oraz kubka, solniczki i pieprzniczki, a takze tacki, który charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpusy dzbanka, dzbanuszka i kubka, posiadaja owalny ksztalt, sciety w górnej czesci, przy czym dzbanek, dzbanuszek i kubek sa zaopatrzone w okragle uchwyty. Dolne czesci korpusów dzbanka, dzbanuszka i kubka posiadaja poszerzone srednice. Naczynia zakonczone sa pogrubionymi podstawami. Kazda z podstaw sklada sie z w dwóch owalnych pierscieni. Wylewy dzbanka i dzbanuszka wyprofilowane z górnych czesci korpusów zakonczone sa ostro zakonczonymi dziobkami. Górne korpusy obu naczyn maja ksztalty owalnych cylindrów. Górny korpus dzbanka ozdobiono poszerzonym kolnierzem, a górny korpus dzbanuszka zwienczono cylindrycznym korkiem, przy czym korek w srodkowej czesci jest pogrubiony i przechodzi w uchwyt w postaci okregu. Po przeciwnej stronie wylewu dzbanka i dzbanuszka znajduje sie plaskie ucho o ksztalcie zblizonym do polowy okregu, umocowane u dolu ponizej polowy wysokosci korpusu, a u góry powyzej polowy wysokosci korpusu. U podstawy górnej czesci korpusu dzbanka i dzbanuszka usytuowano pogrubienia, które polaczono z ich dolnymi czesciami korpusów o kulistych ksztaltach. Na powierzchni dzbanka i dzbanuszka naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne, z których pierwszy stanowi kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i pomaranczowym oraz zóltym wypelnieniu. Nastepnym motywem dekoracyjnym jest girlanda kolistych, spiralnie skreconych i polaczonych ze soba pogrubionych czarnych linii o brazowych, kolistych elementach.Dodatkowe zdobienie stanowi nierównomiernie naniesiony pas pomaranczowej barwy. Granatowa farba pokryto dziobki, uchwyty i podstawy oraz kolnierz dzbanka, a takze korek dzbanuszka. Górny korpus kubka ma ksztalt owalnego cylindra, którego brzegi sa nieco poszerzone i odchylone od osi wyrobu. Kubek zaopatrzono w plaskie ucho o ksztalcie zblizonym do polowy okregu, umocowane u dolu ponizej polowy wysokosci korpusu, a u góry powyzej polowy wysokosci korpusu. U podstawy górnej czesci korpusu kubka usytuowano pogrubienie, które polaczono z dolna czescia korpusu o kulistym ksztalcie. Na powierzchni kubka naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne, z których pierwszy stanowi kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i pomaranczowym oraz zóltym wypelnieniu. Nastepnym motywem dekoracyjnym jest girlanda kolistych, spiralnie skreconych i polaczonych ze soba pogrubionych czarnych linii o brazowych, kolistych elementach. Dodatkowe zdobienie stanowi nierównomiernie naniesiony pas pomaranczowej barwy. Granatowa farba pokryto brzegi, uchwyt i podstawe oraz pogrubienie na korpusie dzbanka. Solniczka i pieprzniczka maja korpusy o ksztalcie owalnego cylindra, który u dolu i góry jest wysmuklony, a rozszerzony w srodkowej czesci. Solniczka i pieprzniczka zakonczone sa u dolu pogrubionymi podstawami, a u góry zwienczono je nieco pogrubionymi kolnierzami przechodzacymi lagodnie w uwypuklone czasze. Na korpusie solniczki umieszczono plycine o zarysach elipsy. Na powierzchni korpusu solniczki i pieprzniczki naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne, z których pierwszy stanowi kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i pomaranczowym oraz zóltym wypelnieniu. Nastepnym motywem dekoracyjnym jest girlanda kolistych, spiralnie skreconych i polaczonych ze soba pogrubionych czarnych linii o brazowych, kolistych elementach. Dodatkowe zdobienie stanowi nierównomiernie naniesiony pas pomaranczowej barwy.Granatowa farbe naniesiono na podstawe oraz na górna czesc korpusów solniczki i pieprzniczki. Tacka pod solniczke i pieprzniczke o zarysie kola ma na swojej powierzchni uzytkowej lustro, na którym ustawia sie solniczke i pieprzniczke na okraglych plycinach. Tacke zaopatrzono w uchwyt, który umieszczono w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do lustra tacki. Uchwyt zestawiony jest z owalnego cylindra zwienczonego trzymadelkiem o zarysie okregu i poszerzonej podstawy, która zespolono z lustrem tacki. Kolnierz tacki jest wyprofilowany nieco do góry. Na kolnierzu tacki i jej uchwycie naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne, z których pierwszy stanowi kompozycja przypominajaca koronke, zestawiona z granatowych ornamentów o zarysie kolistym i pomaranczowym oraz zóltym wypelnieniu. Nastepnym motywem dekoracyjnym jest girlanda kolistych, spiralnie skreconych i polaczonych ze soba pogrubionych czarnych linii o brazowych, kolistych elementach. Dodatkowe zdobienie stanowi nierównomiernie naniesiony pas pomaranczowej barwy. Granatowa farbe naniesiono na kolnierz i brzegi tacki oraz na jej uchwyt. The industrial design is a tableware set for serving food. The essential features of the industrial design include a new and original form of the item, manifested in its shape, line layout, color scheme, and ornamentation, suitable for repeated reproduction. The industrial design is presented in general terms in the attached illustrations. The jug and the pitcher of the tableware set are shown in a side view in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The industrial design is for a set of tableware for serving food, consisting of a jug and a cork-stoppered pitcher, a mug, a salt and pepper shaker, and a tray. The jug, jug, and mug bodies are oval in shape, truncated at the top, with the jug, jug, and mug each having round handles. The lower portions of the jug, jug, and mug bodies have a widened diameter. The vessels are finished with thickened bases. Each base consists of two oval rings. The jug and jug spouts, shaped from the upper portions of the bodies, terminate in pointed spouts. The next decorative motif is a garland of circular, spirally twisted, and interconnected bold black lines with brown, circular elements. An unevenly applied orange stripe provides additional embellishment. Navy blue paint is applied to the collar and edges of the tray, as well as to its handle. All decorations on the vessels in the tableware set are placed against a cream background.
