Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce oraz ornamentyce nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia.
