Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw pólmisków. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie naczyn oraz naniesionych zdobinach. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacych zestaw pólmisków w widoku perspektywicznym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pólmisek, fig. 2 przedstawia pólmisek, fig. 3 przedstawia pólmisek, fig. 4 przedstawia pólmisek. The subject of the industrial design is a set of dishes. The essence of the industrial design manifests itself in the shape of vessels and applied ornaments. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photograph and in the attached drawing showing a set of dishes in a perspective view, in which Fig. 1 shows a dish, Fig. 2 shows a dish, Fig. 3 shows a dish, Fig. 4 shows a dish.

Zestaw pólmisków wedlug wzoru przemyslowego skladajacy sie z czterech pólmisków charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ich ksztalty maja ksztalt niskich lódek z szerokim kolnierzem przedzielonych w poprzek wnetrza szerokim karbem, a na zewnetrznej powierzchni naczyn podzial podkresla lukowate wyciecie widoczne w stopce, ozdobiono zdobina w postaci rzedów rytmicznie powtarzajacych sie granatowych kólek z brazowo-zielonymi kwiatkami i zielona kropka w srodku. Dekoracje uzupelnia rzad zielonych listków z zielonymi kropkami ukladajacych sie w jednym kierunku na kremowym tle wkomponowany w górnej czesci naczyn, natomiast ranty i kolnierz zamalowane sa na granatowo. A set of platters according to the industrial design, consisting of four platters, is characterized by the fact that their shapes have the shape of low ice cubes with a wide collar separated across the interior with a wide notch, and on the outer surface of the dishes, the division is emphasized by an arched cut visible in the foot, decorated with rhythmically rows repeating dark blue circles with brown-green flowers and a green dot in the middle. The decorations are complemented by a row of green leaves with green dots arranged in one direction on a cream background, set in the upper part of the vessels, while the edges and collar are painted navy blue.
