OZDOBA , ZWLASZCZA CERAMIKI Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba przeznaczona dla róznych przedmiotów zarówno uzytku codziennego jak i typowo zdobia- cych na przyklad wnetrza, zwlaszcza ceramiki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, która przejawia sie w ksztalcie, barwie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, dzieki oryginalnej formie nadajacym jej charakte- rystyczne cechy zdobnicze. Ozdoba ceramiki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt fantazyjnego dwuczesciowego motywu bedacego kompozycja szerokiego niebieskiego pasa ze zlaczonym z nim splotem krzywych, nieregularnych linii, przy- pominajacych koronke oraz znajdujacej sie ponizej formy graficznej ma- jacej ksztalt kisci winogron o niebieskich owocach, posiadajacej zielona lodyzke z liscmi rozmieszczonymi po obu stronach, przy czym formie graficznej przedstawiajacej koronke i kiscie winogron nadano charakter uproszczony, stylizowany na ludowy, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fo- tografii fig. 1 do fig. 3. 2. Industrial design encompasses decoration for various objects, both everyday and typically used for interior decoration, especially ceramics. The essence of an industrial design is a new and original form of an object, manifested in its shape, color, and individual components, thanks to its original form, which gives it distinctive decorative features. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the subject of the design, for example, on a tray, Fig. 2 – a fragment of the design consisting of part of a belt and individual elements of the design, Ag 3 – an example set of vessels covered with the design. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The ceramic decoration is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a fanciful two-part motif being a composition of a wide blue belt with a connected weave of curved, irregular lines resembling lace and a graphic form below in the shape of a bunch of grapes with blue fruit, having a green stem with leaves arranged on both sides, wherein the graphic form representing the lace and the bunches of grapes has been given a simplified, folk-stylized character, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. 2. The decoration of pottery according to feature 1 is characterized by the fact that when the grapes are "placed" on a horizontal plane, they are arranged on the outline of a figure corresponding to the shape of the decorated object, e.g. a square, with the stems directed outwards, as shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1. 3. The decoration of pottery according to feature 1 is characterized by the fact that a lace band constitutes an external frame placed on the upper edge of the vessel and enclosing the whole composition consisting of bunches of grapes arranged on the object, wherein they are arranged in a manner consistent with nature - as if they were hanging from a bush, as shown in the attached photograph, fig. 3. 4. The decoration of pottery according to feature 1 is characterized by the fact that the fruits in the bunch are arranged in a triangular plan in at least three rows, while on the side of the stem and There are four fruits on the leaves, three below and one at the end, as shown in the attached photograph Ag. 1 to Fig. 3.
