OZDOBA , ZWLASZCZA CERAMIKI Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba przeznaczona na rózne przedmioty zarówno uzytku codziennego jak i typowo zdobiace np. wnetrza, zwlaszcza ceramiki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, która przejawia sie w ksztalcie, barwie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, dzieki oryginalnej formie nadajacym jej charakte- rystyczne cechy zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia przykladowa tace pokryta koronka ciemno niebieskich kwia- tów, fig. 2 przykladowa tace pokryta koronka z czerwonych kwiatów, fig. 3 fragment dzbanka i podgrzewacza oraz miejsce ich laczenia, fig. 4 frag- ment pasa i plecionki koronki kwiatowej, fig. 5 przykladowy zestaw naczyn oplecionych koronka z kwiatów. S. 2. The subject of an industrial design is a decoration intended for various items, both for everyday use and typically used for interior decoration, especially ceramics. The essence of an industrial design is a new and original form of the object, which manifests itself in the shape, color, and individual components, thanks to the original form giving it characteristic decorative features. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows an example of a tray covered with a lace of dark blue flowers, Fig. 2 an example of a tray covered with a lace of red flowers, Fig. 3 a fragment of a jug and a warmer and their connection point, Fig. 4 a fragment of a belt and braid of floral lace, Fig. 5 an example of a set of vessels entwined with floral lace. List of design variations presented in the application: Variation 1 - Lace of flowers composed in a vertical arrangement, as shown in photograph fig 1 and figs 3 to 5 Variation 2 - Lace of flowers composed in a horizontal arrangement, as shown in photograph fig 2. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The ornament, especially ceramic, is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a fanciful, tripartite, folk-style lace woven from flowers similar to forget-me-nots, leaves in the shape of a bow and stems intertwined in the shape of an eight, composed in such a way that the upper and lower edges of the lace constitute a band of closely connected alternating flowers and leaves, between which there is a braid of flowers and leaves arranged in the shape of a net. stems with leaves, wherein it is applied to objects in different directions, preferably vertically or horizontally as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 to Fig. S. 2. The decoration, especially ceramics, according to feature 1 is characterized in that the flowers are in different shades of blue and the leaves in the shape of a bow and the stems intertwined in the shape of an eight are green, as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 to Fig. 5. 3.
