Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie, a w szczególnosci w zapachu i wzorze aplikacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Struktura i powierzchnia swiecy jest gladka, a poprzez uwypuklony wzór kwiatowy, nadaje jej elegancki i niepowtarzalny wyglad. PL PLThe industrial design is for a luminous product – a spherical or cylindrical candle with a floral appliqué – CINNAMON CLOVE. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the luminous product, manifested in its shape, surface arrangement, and color, and in particular its fragrance and appliqué pattern. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG 1 shows a top view of the candle; photograph FIG 2 shows the front view of the candle; FIG 3 shows a side view of the CINNAMON CARNATION candle; FIG 4 shows the other side view of the candle; FIG 5 shows the back view of the candle. In keeping with the industrial design depicted in the photograph, the candle is spherical in shape and decorated with a floral motif – a branch with three carnation flowers. The carnation flower is carved in the same color as the rest of the candle or painted in dark green (stem and leaves) and burgundy (flowers). An additional distinguishing feature is the cinnamon aroma that releases intensely during burning. The CINNAMON CARNATION candle is available in olive, ecru, and white. The white candle features an application painted according to the method described earlier. The essential features of the CINNAMON CARNATION candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original application method in the production of the luminous product. The candle's structure and surface are smooth, and the embossed floral pattern gives it an elegant and unique appearance.
