Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów ozdobnych i kolorystyce. Lizak choinkowy pokazany na fig. 1 i 2 ma ksztalt krazka stanowiacego walec o malej jego wysokosci, na którego obu jego powierzchniach czolowych umieszczone sa identyczne elementy ozdobne. Lizak ten stanowi element pierscieniowy w kolorze zóltym z bialym kolowym wewnetrznym jego polem, na którego obu jego czolach znajduje sie wizerunek przypominajacy choinke trójsegmentowa w kolorze zielonym z umieszczonymi na niej ozdobami w ksztalcie elementów owalnych w kolorze bladoniebieskim i zóltym imitujacych bombki choinkowe oraz elementów róznokolorowych imitujacych lancuchy choinkowe umieszczone na kazdym z elementów tej choinki. Na wierzcholku choinki znajduje sie ozdoba w postaci pierscienia czerwono-bialego z zóltym jego wewnetrznym polem. Lizak pokazany na fig. 1-2 zaopatrzony jest w patyk osadzony w bocznej powierzchni krazka oraz naprzeciw wizerunku ozdobnego. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, arrangement of decorative elements, and color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative materials in its original color version, where Fig. 1 shows a multicolored Christmas tree lollipop with a "Christmas tree" motif in its original color version in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same lollipop in a front view. The Christmas tree lollipop shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is in the shape of a disc, constituting a cylinder of low height, with identical decorative elements on both front surfaces. This lollipop is a yellow ring-shaped element with a white circular inner field, on both sides of which is an image resembling a three-segmented green Christmas tree with ornaments in the shape of oval elements in pale blue and yellow imitating Christmas baubles, as well as multicolored elements imitating Christmas tree chains placed on each element of the tree. At the top of the tree is an ornament in the form of a red and white ring with a yellow inner field. The lollipop shown in Figs. 1-2 is equipped with a stick embedded in the side of the disc and opposite the ornamental image. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: A multicolored Christmas tree lollipop, made in the shape of a disc of caramel mass, shown in Figs. 1-2, is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a disc in the form of a cylinder of low height, on both faces of which identical decorative elements are placed, whereby the lollipop is a yellow ring-shaped element with a white circular inner field, on both faces of which there is an image resembling a three-segmented green Christmas tree with decorations placed on it in the form of oval elements in pale blue and yellow imitating Christmas tree baubles, and multicolored elements imitating Christmas tree chains placed on each element of the Christmas tree.
