Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej oraz w wersji czarnobialej, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane lizaka krazkowego wielobarwnego z wizerunkiem serca w kolorze czerwonym usytuowanego w centralnej jego czesci w oryginalnej jego wersji kolorystycznej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- ten sam lizak w widoku z przodu, fig.3- druga odmiane lizaka krazkowego wielobarwnego w jego oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej z wizerunkiem serca w kolorze bialym z czerwona jego obwódka, usytuowanego w centralnej jego czesci w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.4- ten sam lizak w widoku z przodu, a fig. 5 i 6- lizaki pokazane na fig. li 3 w wersji czarno-bialej. Lizak krazkowy wielobarwny pokazany na fig. 1,2 i 5 ma ksztalt krazka, stanowiacego walec o malej jego wysokosci, na którego obu jego powierzchniach czolowych umieszczone sa identyczne elementy ozdobne. Stanowia j e zewnetrzny element pierscieniowy, umieszczony w nim element kolowy w kolorze bialym, stanowiacy tlo kontrastujace z pozostalymi umieszczonymi na nim elementami ozdobnymi w ksztalcie figury obrazujacej serce w kolorze czerwonym i otaczajacego go wienca utworzonego z luzno usytuowanych obok siebie wizerunków kwiatów przypominajacych róze. Na calej powierzchni zewnetrznego kolowego elementu pierscieniowego znajduja sie skosnie usytuowane linie w kolorze czerwonym, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie szersze pola w kolorzerózowym, przy czym dodatkowo na obu czolach tego pierscienia na rózowym tle pomiedzy czerwonymi liniami umieszczone sa czerwone cetki o nieregularnych ksztaltach tworzac ornament utworzony z ukosnych linii i tych cetek. W osi symetrii lizaka krazkowego umieszczony jest element przypominajacy ksztalt serca w kolorze czerwonym, który otoczony wiencem utworzonym z rozwinietych kwiatów róz w kolorze rózowym i jego odcieni z listkami zielonymi w dolnych ich czesciach. W osi symetrii elementu sercowego oraz na bocznej kolowej powierzchni lizaka osadzony jest patyk z tworzywa sztucznego. Odmiana lizaka krazkowego wielobarwnego pokazanego na fig. 3 i 4 oraz 6 ma identyczny ksztalt i zewnetrzny element pierscieniowy jak i lizak pokazany na fig. 1, 2 i 5. Róznica polega na tym, ze wewnetrzne tlo kolowe tej odmiany lizaka ma kolor jasnorózowy, a umieszczony w osi symetrii jego element sercowy ma kolor bialy i otoczony jest rózowa obwódka, natomiast otaczajacy go wieniec utworzony jest z luzno usytuowanych obok siebie kwiatów przypominajacych stokrotki w kolorze zólto- bialo- niebieskim z zielonymi listkami. The industrial design is a multicolored lollipop with a heart motif, made of caramel mass. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, arrangement of decorative elements, line layout, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material in the original colour version and in a black and white version, in which fig. 1 shows the first variant of a multi-coloured disc lollipop with the image of a red heart situated in its central part in its original colour version in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same lollipop in a front view, fig. 3 - the second variant of a multi-coloured disc lollipop in its original colour version with the image of a white heart with a red rim, situated in its central part in a perspective view, fig. 4 - the same lollipop in a front view, and figs. 5 and 6 - the lollipops shown in fig. 1 and 3 in a black and white version. The multicolored disc lollipop shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5 is shaped like a disc, a cylinder of short height, with identical decorative elements placed on both faces. These consist of an outer ring-shaped element, a white circular element within it, providing a contrasting background to the other decorative elements placed on it, in the shape of a red heart figure, and a surrounding wreath composed of loosely arranged images of rose-like flowers. The entire surface of the outer circular ring element features diagonally arranged red lines, separated by wider pink fields. Additionally, irregularly shaped red spots are placed on both faces of this ring on a pink background between the red lines, creating an ornament composed of diagonal lines and these spots. A red heart-shaped element is placed on the axis of symmetry of the disc lollipop, surrounded by a wreath of unfolded pink roses and shades with green leaves at the bottom. A plastic stick is embedded in the axis of symmetry of the heart element and on the lateral circular surface of the lollipop. The multi-coloured disc lollipop variety shown in Figures 3, 4 and 6 has an identical shape and outer ring element to the lollipop shown in Figures 1, 2 and 5. The difference is that the inner circular background of this lollipop variety is light pink, and its heart element, placed on the axis of symmetry, is white and surrounded by a pink border, while the surrounding wreath is made of loosely arranged daisy-like flowers in yellow, white and blue with green leaves. Essential features of the industrial design A multi-coloured disc lollipop with a heart motif made of caramel mass in the shape of a disc shown in fig. 1-6 is characterised by the following: - on both of its front surfaces there are identical decorative elements made of an outer ring element in the shape of an ornament made of diagonally arranged red lines separated by pink fields with red spots - inside the ornamental ring element there is a white circle, against the background of which, on the axis of its symmetry, there is a figure resembling the shape of a heart in a contrasting red colour, surrounded by a circular wreath made of loosely arranged flowers in pink and green - inside the ornamental ring element there is a light pink circle, against the background of which, on the axis of symmetry, there is a figure resembling the shape of a heart in a contrasting white colour, surrounded by a red border, which in turn is surrounded by a circular wreath made of daisy-like flowers in yellow, white, blue and green.
