The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, arrangement of decorative elements, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative materials in the original circular version and in the black and white version, in which fig. 1 shows the first variant of a multi-coloured Christmas tree lollipop with a drawing motif referring to the head of the legendary "Nicholas" placed on a yellow background in its original colour version in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same lollipop in a front view, fig. 3 - the second variant of a multi-coloured Christmas tree lollipop with a drawing motif referring to the head of the legendary "Nicholas" placed on a pink background in its original colour version in a perspective view, fig. 4 - the same lollipop in a front view, fig. 5 - the third variant of a multi-coloured Christmas tree lollipop with a drawing motif referring to the head of the legendary "Nicholas" placed on a purple background in its original version color in a perspective view, and Fig. 6 - the same lollipop in a front view. The first variety of the Christmas tree lollipop shown in Figs. 1 and 2 has the shape of a disc, constituting a cylinder of low height, on both of whose front surfaces identical decorative elements are placed. This lollipop is a ring-shaped element formed of adjacent narrow diagonal pink stripes, separated by red lines, with red dotted elements on both fronts of this ring, on a pink background. The interior of the ring is filled with a round yellow field, on both sides of which there is an image resembling a stylized head of the legendary "Santa Claus" in a shape similar to an oval white field, surrounded by a green "in" and "out" broken line, topped with a stylized red hat with a white and red pompom. On the white oval background there are elements imitating eyes, eyebrows and mustache in green and white, and a nose and mouth in red, imitating a human face. The second variety of Christmas tree lollipop shown in figs. 3 and 4 has the shape of a disc, which is a cylinder of small height, with identical decorative elements on both front surfaces. This lollipop is a ring-shaped element, created from adjacent narrow diagonal pink stripes, separated by red lines, with red dots on both sides of the ring, set against a pink background. The interior of the ring is filled with a circular pink field, on both sides of which is an image resembling the stylized head of the legendary "Nicholas" in a shape similar to a rectangular white field, surrounded by a serrated broken line in navy blue, in the center of which is a stylized pink hat with a white and pink pompom. On the white background are elements imitating eyes, eyebrows, and a mustache in navy blue and white, and a red nose and mouth resembling a human face. The third variety of Christmas tree lollipop, shown in Figures 5 and 6, is shaped like a disc, a cylinder of short height, with identical decorative elements on both faces. This lollipop is an annular element, formed from adjacent, narrow, diagonal bands in light purple, separated by dark purple lines. The interior of the ring is filled with a circular field in light purple, on both sides of which is an image resembling the stylized head of the legendary "Santa Claus," in a shape similar to an oval white field surrounded by a serrated, broken line in green, topped with a stylized red hat with a red and white pompom. On the white oval background are elements imitating eyes, eyebrows, and a mustache in white and green, and a red nose and mouth, resembling a human face. All varieties of lollipop shown in Figs. 1-6 are equipped with sticks embedded in the side surface of the disc and opposite the decorative image. Essential features of the industrial design A multi-coloured Christmas tree lollipop made in the shape of a disc of caramel mass shown in fig. 1-6 is characterised by the following: - the first variant of its execution shown in fig. 1, 2 has the shape of a disc, constituting a cylinder of small height, on both of its front surfaces identical decorative elements are placed, wherein this lollipop is a ring-shaped element made of adjacent narrow diagonal pink stripes, separated from each other by red lines, wherein on both fronts of this ring, on a pink background, there are red dotted elements, while the inside of the ring is filled with a round yellow field, on both sides of which there is an image resembling a stylised head of the legendary "Santa Claus"* in a shape similar to an oval white field, surrounded by a broken line of the "inlet" and "outlet" in green, covered with a stylized red cap with a white and red pompom. In turn, on a white oval background there are elements imitating eyes, eyebrows and mustache in green and white, and a nose and mouth in red, imitating a human face. - the second variant of its execution shown in fig. 3 and 4 is in the shape of a disc, which is a cylinder of small height, on both of its front surfaces there are identical decorative elements, whereby the lollipop is a ring-shaped element made of adjacent narrow diagonal pink stripes, separated from each other by red lines, whereby on both fronts of this ring, on a pink background there are red dotted elements, while the interior of the ring is filled with a round pink field, on both sides of which there is an image resembling a stylized head of the legendary "Nicholas" in a shape similar to a rectangular white field, surrounded by a serrated broken line in navy blue, in the central part of which there is a stylized pink hat with a white and pink pompom. In turn, on a white background there are elements imitating eyes, eyebrows and mustaches in navy blue and white, as well as a nose and mouth in red, resembling a human face. - the third variant of its execution, shown in fig. 5 and 6, has the shape of a disc in the form of a cylinder of small height, on both of its front surfaces identical decorative elements are placed, whereby this lollipop is a ring-shaped element made of adjacent narrow diagonal stripes in light purple, separated from each other by dark purple lines, while the interior of the ring is filled with a round field in light purple, on both sides of which there is an image resembling a stylized head of the legendary "Nicholas" in a shape close to an oval white field surrounded by a serrated broken line in green, topped with a stylized red hat with a white and red pompom. In turn, on a white oval background there are elements imitating eyes, eyebrows, and a mustache in white and green, and a nose and mouth in red, resembling a human face.
