Na nim nalozone sa rysunki, które upodabniaja lizak do glów ludzkich. Czekolady mleczna, deserowa i biala ze wzgledu na swoja naturalna barwe wykorzystywane sa w róznych zestawieniach kolorystycznych, przy czym czekolada biala moze byc barwiona na dodatkowy kolor. Glowa ta ma fryzure z krótkich wlosów z lokiem na czubku glowy.Lizak z czekolady mlecznej, deserowej i bialej w drugiej odmianie pokazany na fig.2 ma postac glowy ludzkiej o ksztalcie kola. Na nim widoczne sa wasy, nos i brwi. Glowa ma krótka szeroka brode. Na glowie widoczny jest daszek spod którego wystaje grzywka wlosów. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a chocolate or chocolate substitute lollipop, shown in the attached photographs in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, depicting human heads. The lollipop according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 is made of dark milk chocolate, white chocolate, and colored white chocolate, as well as their substitutes. It has an oval shape connected to a bar handle. The handle features designs resembling human heads. Due to their natural color, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate are used in various color combinations, with white chocolate being able to be dyed an additional color. The lollipop according to the industrial design is made in varieties that differ in the type of decorations. The first variety of milk, dark, and white chocolate lollipop shown in Fig. 1 has the form of an oval human head with a design of a mouth, nose, eyes, and eyebrows. The head has a short hairstyle with a curl at the top. The second variety of milk, dark, and white chocolate lollipop shown in Fig. 2 has the form of a circular human head with a visible mustache, nose, and eyebrows. The head has a short, wide beard. A visor is visible from beneath which a fringe of hair protrudes. The third variety of milk, dark, white, and white colored chocolate lollipop shown in Fig. 3 has the form of an oval human head with a design of an open mouth, a large nose, eyes, and eyebrows. In place of the beard are three circular elements made of chocolate of varying colors. The head is covered with a small hat. Essential features of the industrial design • A lollipop made of dark milk chocolate, white chocolate, and white colored chocolate and their substitutes has the shape of an oval connected to a bar handle with drawings superimposed on it that make the lollipop resemble human heads as shown in the photographs in fig. 1 to fig. 3 • The first variety of lollipop is made of milk, dark chocolate, and white chocolate and has the shape of an oval-shaped human head with a drawing of a mouth, nose, eyes, and eyebrows and a hairstyle of short hair with a curl on the top of the head as shown in fig. 1 • The second variety of lollipop is made of milk, dark chocolate, and white chocolate and has the shape of a circular human head with a visible mustache, nose, eyebrows, and a short, wide beard with a visible cap peak from under which a fringe of hair is sticking out as shown in fig. 2. • The third variety of lollipop is made of milk chocolate, dessert, white and white colored and has the form of an oval-shaped human head with an open mouth, a large nose, eyes and eyebrows, and in place of the beard there are three circular elements made of chocolates of different colors, while the head is covered with a small hat as shown in Fig. 3.
