Lizak wielobarwny choinkowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lizak wielobarwny choinkowy, wykonany w ksztalcie krazka z masy karmelowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów ozdobnych i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych materialach ilustracyjnych w oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej, na których fig.l przedstawia lizak choinkowy wielobarwny z motywem rysunkowym nawiazujacym do postaci biblijnego „aniola", w jego oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej, w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2 - ten sam lizak w widoku z przodu. Lizak choinkowy pokazany na fig. 1 i 2 oraz ma ksztalt krazka stanowiacego walec o malej jego wysokosci, na którego obu jego powierzchniach czolowych umieszczone sa identyczne elementy ozdobne. Lizak ten stanowi element pierscieniowy w kolorze rózowym z bialym wewnetrznym jego polem, na którego obu jego czolach znajduje sie wizerunek przypominajacy stylizowanego biblijnego aniola w kolorze bladoniebieskim i granatowa obwódka jego tulowia i skrzydel. Glowa aniola otoczona jest czerwona obwódka, a nad nim znajduja sie zólte elementy imitujace jego aureole. Lizak pokazany na fig. 1-2 zaopatrzony jest w patyk osadzony w bocznej powierzchni krazka oraz naprzeciw wizerunku ozdobnego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Lizak wielobarwny choinkowy, wykonany w ksztalcie krazka z masy karmelowej pokazany na fig. 1-2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze:- ma ksztalt krazka stanowiacego walec o malej jego wysokosci, na którego obu jego powierzchniach czolowych umieszczone sa identyczne elementy ozdobne, przy czym lizak ten stanowi element pierscieniowy w kolorze rózowym z bialym wewnetrznym jego polem, na którego obu jego czolach znajduje sie wizerunek przypominajacy stylizowanego biblijnego aniola w kolorze bladoniebieskim i granatowa obwódka jego tulowia i skrzydel, natomiast glowa aniola otoczona jest czerwona obwódka a nad nim znajduja sie zólte elementy imitujace jego aureole.Fig.1 Fig 2 PLThe industrial design is for a multicolored Christmas tree lollipop, made in the shape of a disc of caramel. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, arrangement of decorative elements, and color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative materials in its original color version, where Fig. 1 shows a multicolored Christmas tree lollipop with a drawn motif referring to the biblical "angel" in its original color version, in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same lollipop from the front. The Christmas tree lollipop shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is in the shape of a disc, constituting a cylinder of low height, with identical decorative elements placed on both front surfaces. This lollipop is a pink ring-shaped element with a white inner field, on both faces of which is an image resembling a stylized biblical angel in pale blue, with a navy blue border around its body and wings. The angel's head is surrounded by a red border, and above it are yellow elements imitating its halo. The lollipop shown in Figs. 1-2 has a stick embedded in the side of the disc and opposite the decorative image. Essential features of the industrial design A multi-colored Christmas tree lollipop made in the shape of a disc made of caramel mass shown in fig. 1-2 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a disc in the form of a cylinder of small height, on both of its front surfaces there are identical decorative elements, the lollipop is a pink ring element with a white inner field, on both of its fronts there is an image resembling a stylized biblical angel in pale blue and a navy blue border around its body and wings, while the angel's head is surrounded by a red border and above it there are yellow elements imitating its halo.
