Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac wazonu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 9, na których pokazano przedmiot wzoru w poszczególnych odmianach z róznymi zdobieniami. Wazon wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne w postaci matowej bryly z otworem w górnej powierzchni, z przezroczystym polem na powierzchni bocznej otoczonym ciemniejszym zabarwieniem, na którym posiada zdobienia z motywem morskim, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do 9. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a vase, manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, surface properties and decoration, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-9, which show the subject of the design in individual variations with different ornamentation. The vase according to the pattern has the essential features of a matte block with an opening in the upper surface, with a transparent area on the side surface surrounded by a darker color, on which it has decorations with a marine motif, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to 9.
