Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób swiecacy- swieca o ksztalcie kuli z ornamentacja o motywie roslinnym- ZLOTA JESIEN. The subject of the industrial design is the product of a candle - a candle in the shape of a ball with ornamentation with a floral motif - GOLDEN AUTUMN.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie, a w szczególnosci we wzorze aplikacji umieszczonej na swiecy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in the shape, surface arrangement and color, and in particular in the application pattern placed on the candle.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach. Fotografia FIG 1 - przedstawia widok swiecy z góry, fotografia FIG 2- przedstawia widok z boku swiecy ZLOTA JESIEN. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, uwidocznionym na fotografiach, przedstawiono bryle swiecy w ksztalcie kuli ozdobionej aplikacja o motywie roslinnym. Motywem roslinnym sa liscie , które ulozone sa na powierzchni calej kuli, jeden obok drugiego, zachodzac na siebie. In line with the industrial pattern, shown in the photos, the candle is presented in the shape of a ball decorated with an application with a floral motif. The plant motif are the leaves that are arranged on the surface of the entire sphere, next to each other, overlapping each other.

The whole candle, and in particular the leaves, are additionally covered with a golden patina, creating an impression of gilding the candle. The GOLDEN AUTUMN candle is colored in the following colors: terracotta, carmine, bottle green.
