Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie, a w szczególnosci we wzorze aplikacji umieszczonej na swiecy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach. Fotografia FIG 1 - przedstawia widok swiecy z góry, fotografia FIG 2- przedstawia widok z boku swiecy ZLOTA JESIEN. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, uwidocznionym na fotografiach, przedstawiono bryle swiecy w ksztalcie kuli ozdobionej aplikacja o motywie roslinnym. Motywem roslinnym sa liscie , które ulozone sa na powierzchni calej kuli, jeden obok drugiego, zachodzac na siebie. Calosc swiecy a w szczególnosci liscie sa dodatkowo pokryte patyna w kolorze zlotym, wywolujac wrazenie pozlocenia swiecy.Swieca ZLOTA JESIEN barwiona jest w kolorach: terakoty, karminu, zieleni butelkowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy ZLOTA JESIEN wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnej formy aplikacji do wyrobu produktu swiecacego. Struktura i powierzchnia swiecy poprzez wypukly wzór lisci, wykonanych w formie plaskorzezby, nadaje je j indywidualny charakter. PL PLThe industrial design is for a luminous product – a spherical candle with a floral motif – GOLDEN AUTUMN. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the luminous product, manifested in its shape, surface arrangement, and color, and in particular in the pattern of the appliqué placed on the candle. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view of the candle, and photograph FIG. 2 shows a side view of the GOLDEN AUTUMN candle. In accordance with the industrial design shown in the photographs, the candle is presented in the shape of a sphere decorated with a floral motif appliqué. The floral motif consists of leaves arranged on the surface of the entire sphere, one next to the other, overlapping one another. The entire candle, and particularly the leaves, are additionally covered with a golden patina, giving the candle a gilded appearance. The GOLDEN AUTUMN candle is colored in terracotta, carmine, and bottle green. The essential features of the GOLDEN AUTUMN candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original application method for producing the luminous product. The structure and surface of the candle, thanks to the convex pattern of the leaves, executed in the form of a bas-relief, give it a unique character.
