The industrial design represents a new form of a luminous product, manifesting itself in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG 1 shows a top view of the candle; FIG 2 shows the first side of the candle; FIG 3 shows the second side of the candle; FIG 4 shows the third side of the candle; FIG 5 shows the fourth side of the candle; and FIG 6 shows the candle in perspective. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A distinctive feature of the new design is that the candle's shape, viewed from a perspective, resembles a cube with irregular side lines, onto which flower petals fall freely. The top-down view shows a flower motif positioned in the center of the square, with petals falling on its four side faces. This unique arrangement and combination gives the candle an exceptionally interesting and refined shape, which in turn positively impacts its appeal. All the previously described motifs harmoniously intertwine and complement each other, resulting in a new, original, and stylish candle shape. The essential features of the DALI candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the luminous product. The candle's distinctive and sophisticated shape gives it a unique and elegant appearance.
