PLDISC CANDLE. The industrial design is for a candle with a regular and unusual shape, called a DISC. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG 1 shows the candle from above; photograph FIG 2 shows a side view; FIG 3 shows the candle from the front; and FIG 4 shows the candle in perspective. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A significant feature of the new design is that the candle's shape, viewed from the front, resembles a flattened oval disk, while from the side, its shape resembles a rectangle with rounded corners. This candle also features two distinctive recesses on both the front and back. The surface of the candle is smooth. Its original and unique shape creates a striking piece, giving it a unique and individual character. The essential features of the DISK candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. This distinctive, original shape gives the candle a one-of-a-kind appearance.
