PLSTRIP CANDLE. The industrial design is for an irregularly shaped candle, consisting of three figures called a STRIP. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. The essential features of the industrial design result from the candle's shape, which has a new, original shape. A significant feature of the new design is that it consists of three similar figures, forming a single composition. The first variation of the new design is a shape that, from a perspective, resembles a prism. The solid is composed of five identical pieces, each with a pentagonal base and the same height, alternating with four pentagons, each 1/4 the height of the previous pieces and a few millimeters smaller. This arrangement means that the taller pieces are the convex parts of the solid, while the lower ones are concave. Viewed from the side, this candle represents a traditional rectangle, while viewed from above, it represents a classic regular pentagon. The second variation of the design is a solid resembling an oval. A significant feature of the new design is that, viewed from above, the candle resembles a traditional circle. Viewed from the side, the candle represents an oval. This oval, in turn, has one vertex truncated at 1/4 of its height and forms the base of the solid. The lines of the side walls are smooth. The shape in this view resembles an egg sliced crosswise into five equal-thick slices, which have been re-glued together, alternating with four discs that are half the thickness of the previous pieces and a few millimeters smaller. This arrangement means that the thicker pieces are the convex parts of the shape, and the thinner ones are the concave ones. The shape of the third variation of the new design is an original pyramid. A significant feature of this variation is that the candle, viewed from the side, represents a triangle. However, the lines of the side walls are not straight. This shape gives the impression of being composed of five squares stacked on top of each other, in order from smallest to largest, alternating with four squares that are V* the height of the previous pieces and a few millimeters smaller. This arrangement means that the taller pieces are the convex parts of the solid, while the lower ones are concave. Viewed from above, the shape resembles a traditional square, and the lines of the pyramid's side walls characteristically outline the diagonals of that square. This combination of three distinctive shapes creates an extremely interesting composition. The essential features of the STRIP candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the luminous product. The distinctive, original shape, combined with the ability to combine several elements of the new luminous design, gives the STRIP candle an eye-catching, unique, and elegant appearance.
