SWIEC A ZOLADZ Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca o dosc regularnym ksztalcie, skladajaca sie z jednej, specyficznej figury o nazwie ZOLADZ. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Fotografia FIG 1 - przedstawia widok z góry, FIG 2 - widok swiecy z, FIG 3 - przedstawia widok swiecy w perspektywie. Figura w ujeciu bocznym przypomina walec o nieregularnych liniach bocznych, na który nalozona jest „czapeczka" w ksztalcie nieforemnej pólkuli o chropowatej powierzchni. Wszystkie komponenty dobrze ze soba wspólgraja i tworza interesujaca oraz stylowa bryle. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy ZOLADZ wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu do produkcji wyrobu swiecacego. Charakterystyczny i oryginalny ksztalt nadaje jej niepowtarzalny wyglad. PLThe industrial design is a candle of a fairly regular shape, consisting of a single, specific figure called an acorn. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view; FIG. 2 shows the candle from above; and FIG. 3 shows the candle in perspective. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A distinctive feature of the new design is that the candle's shape, viewed from perspective, faithfully reflects the actual shape of an acorn. The side view of the figure resembles a cylinder with irregular side lines, topped with a "cap" in the shape of an irregular hemisphere with a rough surface. All the components work well together and create an interesting and stylish shape. The essential features of the ZOLADZ candle's industrial design result from the use of an original shape in the production of the luminous product. This distinctive and original shape gives it a unique appearance.
