Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Swieca poprzez swój klasyczny i wyrafinowany ksztalt stanowi bardzo ciekawa bryle i nadaje je j oryginalny i jedyny w swym rodzaju charakter. PL PLSANTA CLAUS HAT CANDLE The industrial design is for a candle with a regular and classic shape, named SANTA CLAUS HAT. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG 1 shows a top view of the candle, and photograph FIG 2 shows a side view of the candle. The essential features of the industrial design include the candle's body, which resembles a classic cone. At the foot of the base is a wider section, rising to a height of 1/6 of the candle's height. This section has a different texture than the rest of the body, as if a large amount of thick paint had been applied, creating a thickly textured surface. The rest of the candle has a smooth surface. The candle's classic and refined shape creates a very interesting form, giving it an original and unique character. The essential features of the Santa Claus Hat candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. This distinctive shape gives the candle a unique appearance.
