SWIECA LAYA - TREE Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca o nazwie LAVA - TREE. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Fotografia FIG 1 - przedstawia swiece w perspektywie, fotografia FIG 2 - widok swiecy z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wynikaja z ksztaltu swiecy w formie stozka, z wycieciami, nadajacymi bryle forme choinki. Istotna cecha tej bryly sa wyciete na obwodzie podstawy elementy w ksztalcie walców wznoszacych sie ku górze na wysokosc 3/4 wysokosci - elementy dluzsze, elementy krótsze maja dlugosc mniejsza o 10 mm. Z tylu swiecy znajduja sie trzy dluzsze figury natomiast z przodu centralnie umieszczony jest dluzszy element otoczony po bokach dwoma krótszymi. Takie zestawienie ksztaltów tworzy interesujaca calosc. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy LAVA-TREE wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu do produkcji wyrobu swiecacego. Charakterystyczny ksztalt swiecy nadaje jej niepowtarzalny i elegancki wyglad. PLThe industrial design is for a candle named LAVA-TREE. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows the candle in perspective, and photograph FIG. 2 shows the candle from above. The essential features of the industrial design result from the candle's cone-shaped shape, with cutouts giving the shape of a Christmas tree. A significant feature of this shape are cylindrical cutouts around the circumference of the base, rising upwards to a height of three-quarters – the longer elements, the shorter elements being 10 mm shorter. The back of the candle features three longer figures, while the front features a centrally placed longer element flanked by two shorter ones. This combination of shapes creates an interesting whole. The essential features of the LAVA-TREE candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. The candle's distinctive shape gives it a unique and elegant appearance.
