Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Charakterystyczny i oryginalny ksztalt nadaje swiecy SNIEZYNKA niespotykany, przykuwajacy uwage wyglad. PLSNOWFLAKE CANDLE. The industrial design is a candle with a fairly regular shape, consisting of a single, specific figure called a SNOWFLAKE. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view of the candle; FIG. 2 shows a side view of the candle; and FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the candle. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A significant feature of the new design is that the shape of the candle, viewed from above, represents the symbol of a snowflake, which has a very symmetrical shape. Viewed from the side, the figure resembles a cylinder whose edges form a regular accordion. This arrangement makes these candles exceptionally attractive and interesting. The essential features of the ŚNIEZYNKA candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the luminous product. This distinctive and original shape gives the ŚNIEZYNKA candle a unique, eye-catching appearance.
