Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu posiadajaca indywidualny charakter przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce oraz ukladzie motywów ozdobnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym - fig.1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane ciastka w widoku aksonometrycznym, - fig.2 przedstawia druga odmiane ciastka w widoku aksonometrycznym. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku pierwsza odmiana ciastka ma postac bryly geometrycznej o podstawie kolowej z zabkowana pobocznica. Dolna czesc bryly ma kolor czarny, zas górna czesc bryly ma zdobienia rozmieszczone jako zewnetrzny pierscien górnej powierzchni, przy czym zdobienia te maja ksztalt zblizony do lez a wewnatrz jest umieszczona jest centralnie czerwona masa w ksztalcie kola. Wnetrze kola ma zdobienia w postaci kolowych otworów rozmieszczonych symetrycznie. Górna i boczna powierzchnia bryly ma kolor jasno miodowy, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii fig.1. Druga odmiana ciastka ma postac bryly geometrycznej o podstawie kolowej z zabkowana pobocznica. Dolna czesc bryly ma kolor czarny, zas górna czesc bryly o kolorze miodowym ma zdobienie w postaci centralnieumieszczonego wzniesienia o ksztalcie szesciokatnym i pochylych pobocznicach o kolorze miodowym. W centralnym miejscu wzniesienia umieszczone jest zdobienie w ksztalcie kola wykonanego z bialej masy. Pozostala przestrzen wzniesienia jest wypelniona czerwona przezroczysta masa jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object possessing an individual character, manifested in its shape, color, and arrangement of decorative motifs. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which - Fig. 1 shows the first version of the cookie in an axonometric view, - Fig. 2 shows the second version of the cookie in an axonometric view. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the first version of the cookie has the form of a geometric solid with a circular base and a serrated edge. The lower part of the solid is black, while the upper part of the solid has decorations arranged as an outer ring of the upper surface, with these decorations resembling teardrops, and a central red mass in the shape of a circle is placed inside. The interior of the circle is decorated with symmetrically arranged circular holes. The top and sides of the block are light honey-colored, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1. The second version of the cookie has the form of a geometric block with a circular base and a serrated edge. The lower part of the block is black, while the upper, honey-colored part is decorated with a centrally located hexagonal elevation with sloping honey-colored edges. The central area of the elevation features a circular decoration made of white filling. The remaining area of the elevation is filled with a transparent red filling, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2. Significant features of the industrial design. The first type of cake has the form of a geometric solid with a circular base and a serrated side, where the lower part of the solid is black, while the upper part of the solid has decorations arranged as an outer ring of the upper surface, wherein these decorations have a shape similar to tears and inside there is a centrally placed red mass in the shape of a circle, while the inside of the circle has decorations in the form of circular holes arranged symmetrically, and the upper and side surfaces of the solid are light honey-colored, as shown in the attached drawing and photograph Fig. 1. The second type of cake has the form of a geometric solid with a circular base and serrated side, wherein the lower part of the solid is black, while the upper part of the honey-colored solid has decoration in the form of a centrally placed hexagonal elevation with sloping honey-colored sides, while in the central place of the elevation there is a circular decoration made of white mass, and the remaining space of the mound is filled with red transparent mass as shown in the attached drawing and photograph Fig. 2.
