Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca ozdobna, przezna- czona do dekoracyjnego uzytku powszechnego. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znana tego ksztaltu swieca ozdobna. Swiece ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, stanowi gruboscien- na ksztaltka, skladajaca sie z trójkata równobocznego polaczonego u dolu z trapezem, majacym na bokach osadzone trójkatne ksztaltki, przy czym wszystkie elementy swiecy ozdobnej tworza monolit. Na krawedzi czesci trójkatnej osadzono knoty. Boki czesci trójkata równobocznego maja zdobienia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia w perspektywie swiece ozdobna, fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane kolorystyczna swiecy ozdobnej. 1. The applicant is not familiar with this shape of decorative candle. The decorative candle, according to the industrial design, is a thick-walled shape consisting of an equilateral triangle connected at the bottom to a trapezoid with triangular shapes embedded on the sides, with all the elements of the decorative candle forming a monolith. Wicks are embedded on the edge of the triangular part. The sides of the equilateral triangle part are decorated. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the decorative candle in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows a color variation of the decorative candle. 1. The essential feature of the industrial design is a thick-walled shape consisting of an equilateral triangle part (I) connected at the bottom with a trapezoid part (2), with triangular shapes (3) mounted on the sides, wherein all the elements of the decorative candle form a monolith, while on the edge of the triangular part wicks (4) are mounted, and the decorative features are stars (5), flowers (6) and birds (7) placed on the triangular surface of the decorative candles are shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
