Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca ozdobna przezna- czona do dekoracyjnego uzytku powszechnego. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znana tego ksztaltu swieca ozdobna. Swieca ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt figury geometrycznej o poprzecznym przekroju odwróconego trapezu, osadzo- nego mniejsza podstawa w podstawce pomiedzy dwoma równolegle do siebie usytuowanymi wystepami. Na dluzszej podstawie trapezu osa- dzony jest knot. Swieca ozdobna ma rózna kolorystyke. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia w perspektywie swiece ozdobna, a fig. 2 przedstawia kolorystyke i zdobienia swiecy ozdobnej. 1. Cecha istotna swiecy ozdobnej jest to, ze ma ksztalt figury geome- trycznej i o poprzecznym przekroju odwróconego trapezu, osadzonego mniejsza podstawa 2 w podstawce 3 pomiedzy dwoma równolegle do siebie usytuowanymi wystepami 4, a na dluzszej podstawie 5 trapezu osadzony jest knot 6, przy czym swieca ozdobna ma rózna kolorystyke, jak pokazano na fig. 2.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a decorative candle intended for general decorative use. The decorative candle, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a geometric figure with a cross-section of an inverted trapezoid, with its smaller base set in a base between two parallel protrusions. A wick is set on the longer base of the trapezoid. The decorative candle comes in various colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the decorative candle in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the colors and decorations of the decorative candle. 1. An important feature of the decorative candle is that it has the shape of a geometric figure and a cross-section of an inverted trapezium, with a smaller base 2 placed in a base 3 between two parallel projections 4, and a wick 6 is placed on the longer base 5 of the trapezium, and the decorative candle has different colors, as shown in Fig. 2.
