Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac zestawu naczyn dekoracyjnych przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach, uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Kazdy zestaw naczyn dekoracyjnych wedlug wzoru sklada sie z naczyn dekoracyjnych o podobnym ksztalcie. Zestaw naczyn dekoracyjnych posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci ksztaltu bryly, wypuklej, w górnej czesci, zaokraglonej, o mniejszej podstawie dolnej, w postaci scietego stozka, o wiekszej podstawie. Naczynie dekoracyjne przypomina swoim wygladem grecka waze, z wywinietym kolnierzem i stylizowanymi uszami w postaci wspólsrodkowych zawiniec. Powyzej zwezenia znajdujacego sie w dolnej czesci naczynia dekoracyjnego, miedzy podstawa bryly a ponizej wybrzuszenia bryly, znajduja sie wypukle zdobienia, zakonczone pólokraglymi lukami, poprzedzielane prostopadlymi liniami do powierzchni dolnej. Zestaw naczyn dekoracyjnych stanowia naczynia o ksztalcie wydluzonym, pekatym oraz podluznym z gladka powierzchnia boczna, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 1 do fig. 4. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 do d fig 4, na których pokazano przedmiot wzoru w poszczególnych odmianach, przy czym fig, la i 2a przedstawia naczynie o wydluzonym ksztalcie, fig. Ib i 2b o pekatym ksztalcie, zas fig. Ici2c o podluznym ksztalcie.Zestaw naczyn dekoracyjnych posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci ksztaltu bryly, w górnej czesci, zaokraglonej, o mniejszej podstawie dolnej, w postaci scietego stozka, o wiekszej podstawie. Naczynie dekoracyjne przypomina swoim wygladem grecka waze, z wywinietym kolnierzem i stylizowanymi uszami w postaci wspólsrodkowych zawiniec. Powyzej zwezenia znajdujacego sie w dolnej czesci naczynia dekoracyjnego, miedzy podstawa bryly a ponizej wybrzuszenia bryly, znajduja sie wypukle zdobienia, zakonczone pólokraglymi lukami, poprzedzielane prostopadlymi liniami do powierzchni dolnej. Zestaw naczyn dekoracyjnych stanowia naczynia o ksztalcie wydluzonym, pekatym oraz podluznym. Powierzchnia boczna poszczególnych naczyn zestawu jest cieniowana, zas kolnierz, podstawa i wypukle zdobienia sa w innym kolorze, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. la, lb, lc, fig, 2a,2b, 2c, fig. 3 i fig. 4. PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a new and original form of a set of decorative vessels, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, properties, shape and surface decoration, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. Each set of decorative vessels according to the design consists of decorative vessels of similar shape. The set of decorative vessels possesses essential design features: a solid shape, convex in the upper part, rounded, with a smaller lower base, and in the form of a truncated cone with a larger base. The decorative vessel resembles a Greek vase, with a rolled-up collar and stylized handles in the form of concentric curls. Above the narrowing in the lower part of the decorative vessel, between the base of the block and below the bulge of the block, there are convex decorations, ending in semicircular arches, separated by lines perpendicular to the lower surface. The set of decorative vessels consists of vessels in elongated, bulgy, and oblong shapes with smooth sides, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. The design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, which show the design in its individual variations. Fig. 1a and 2a show an elongated vessel, Fig. 1b and 2b a bulgy vessel, and Fig. 1c and 2c an oblong vessel. The set of decorative vessels has the essential features of the design: a solid shape, rounded in the upper part with a smaller lower base, and in the form of a truncated cone with a larger base. The decorative vessel resembles a Greek vase, with a rolled-up collar and stylized handles in the form of concentric curls. Above the narrowing at the bottom of the decorative vessel, between the base of the block and the bulge below the block, are convex decorations, terminating in semicircular arches and separated by lines perpendicular to the bottom surface. The set of decorative vessels consists of elongated, bulging, and oblong vessels. The lateral surfaces of individual vessels in the set are shaded, while the collar, base, and convex decorations are in a different color, as shown in the attached drawings (figs. 1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3, and 4).
