Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, zas fig.2 pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przedstawia kolejna odmiane pojemnika w widoku z przodu, zas fig. 4 przedstawia kolejna odmiane pojemnika w widoku z góry. 1. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu z cylindrycznym zwienczeniem górnym oraz cylindrycznym zwienczeniem dolnym, i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu i scietych krawedziach bocznych, przy czym na jednej pionowej krawedzi oraz na dwóch sasiadujacych scianach bocznych umieszczone jest zdobienie w postaci wypuklego krzyza z dodatkowym zdobieniem w postaci prostopadlych wypuklych linii, zas na kazdej z dwóch pozostalych scian umieszczony jest ozdobny prostokat z wypuklymi zdobieniami w postaci krzyza, symbolicznego plonacego znicza oraz liter :S" i „P", jak pokazano na fig.1 oraz fig.2. 2. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu z cylindrycznym zwienczeniem górnym oraz cylindrycznym zwienczeniem dolnym, i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu i scietych krawedziachbocznych, przy czym na dwóch przeciwleglych pionowych krawedziach oraz na dwóch sasiadujacych z krawedzia scianach bocznych umieszczone jest zdobienie w postaci wypuklego krzyza, z dodatkowym zdobieniem w postaci prostopadlych wypuklych linii, jak pokazano na fig.3 oraz fig.4. Cechy istotne wzoru: 1. Korpus pojemnika znicza nagrobnego ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu i scietych krawedziach bocznych, przy czym na jednej pionowej krawedzi oraz na dwóch sasiadujacych scianach bocznych umieszczone jest zdobienie w postaci wypuklego krzyza z dodatkowym zdobieniem w postaci prostopadlych wypuklych linii, zas na kazdej z dwóch pozostalych scian umieszczony jest ozdobny prostokat z wypuklymi zdobieniami w postaci krzyza, symbolicznego plonacego znicza oraz liter :S" i „P". 2. W kolejnej odmianie korpus pojemnika znicza nagrobnego ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu i scietych krawedziach bocznych, przy czym na dwóch przeciwleglych pionowych krawedziach oraz na dwóch sasiadujacych z krawedzia scianach bocznych umieszczone jest zdobienie w postaci wypuklego krzyza, z dodatkowym zdobieniem w postaci prostopadlych wypuklych odcinków.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Significant features of the pattern: 1.
