Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac zestawu naczyn dekoracyjno - uzytkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach, uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Kazda czesc zestawu naczyn dekoracyjno - uzytkowych wedlug wzoru posiada inny ksztalt oraz identyczna fakture i zdobienie powierzchni. The subject of an industrial pattern is a new and original form of a set of decorative and utility vessels, which is manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, properties, shape and decoration of the surface and the mutual arrangement of individual elements forming the pattern. Each part of the set of decorative and utility vessels, according to the pattern, has a different shape and the same texture and surface decoration.
