Wafel Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wafel spozywczy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii tworzacych wzór zdobienia. Przedmiot wzoru przestawiono na ilustracji, gdzie fig.1 przedstawia fotografie wafla. Wzór wafla wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zarys zblizony do kola, z obrzezem o nieregularnym ksztalcie, oraz zdobieniem równomiernie rozmieszczonym na powierzchni wafla, przy czym zdobienia maja ksztalt wypuklej kratownicy o regularnych, prostokatnych oczkach, jak pokazano na fig.1. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines forming the decorative pattern. The design is illustrated in Fig. 1, where a photograph of the wafer is shown. The wafer design according to the design is characterized by a circular outline, with an irregularly shaped rim, and decorations evenly distributed across the wafer surface, where the decorations are in the shape of a convex grid with regular, rectangular meshes, as shown in Fig. 1.
