Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac opakowania, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii i wlasciwosci powierzchni, tworzacych swoisty, oryginalny wyglad i nadajaca sie do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l, fig.3, fig. 5 i fig. 7 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 2, fig. 4, fig. 6 oraz fig. 8 przedstawia widok krótszego boku opakowania. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of packaging, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines and surface properties, creating a unique, original appearance and suitable for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5, and Fig. 7 show the packaging in a perspective view, while Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, and Fig. 8 show a view of the shorter side of the packaging. The packaging according to the decorative pattern, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1 and fig. 2, constituting a geometric solid, the upper and lower surfaces of which are similar in shape to an isosceles triangle with rounded arms and rounded tops, is characterized in that the two longer side walls of the packaging have eight decorative grooves on both sides, the walls of which are in a shape similar to the side walls of a pyramid, while the shorter wall of the packaging has two decorative grooves, the walls of which are in a shape similar to the side walls of a pyramid, wherein the side walls of the packaging are convergent in relation to the lower plane of the base of the bottom of the packaging, and the bottom of the packaging is thickened with an external ring forming a frame of the surface of the bottom of the packaging, while the upper part of the packaging, constituting its cover, is slightly thickened edge, has an external circumference larger than the circumference of the base of the package.
